Sometimes I wonder if these are recorded over the course of a few days, or if this person really just orders one of everything from the machines, takes a couple of bites, then dumps the rest.
when its a video like this, on vending machines, its on 1 day if they are like 5-6 machines (its basically just snacks or small plate) when its restaurant, market etc.. its on multiples days. they usually eat everything. its just not showed to short out the video (also to kick out the "nothing to see here" moments when they actually eat the whole thing each time. just editing that while adding the text. its definitly not wasting and throwing food away. in theses countries, peoples are even more respectful when its about food. life is hard, not everybody got food, and in theses countries (thailand, china, indonesia, etc..) food have important value and respect. no waste.
I still fondly the vending machines in Barracks 654 at the Submarine base at Pearl Harbor. This was 1972 and there was a microwave in there. We had cold foods like sandwich and fruit, hot canned goods, ice cream, sodas, milk and fruit juices, and cold canned shakes each in its own machine. The beer machines were in the TV lounges on each floor.
Ah, yes. The old "put everything that isn't nailed down on a sundae" sundae. Ever go to a sundae bar and put everything on it to the point where the ice cream's a flat, melting pile of nonsense that somehow tastes like everything YET nothing? Good stuff.
I once tried a frozen yoghurt that was priced by cups. Since it was quite pricey and my first time, I couldn't decided and get a bit of everything. It was like 7 different yoghurt flavors, and don't asked how many sauces and toppings. The first bite teach me to not be greedy 🤯

If I were to make one improvement, I'd suggest that the ice cream be spun so that the toppings don't just end up on one side. I could see this with the Oreo one. Chocolate syrup on one side, Oreo crumbs on the other. The toppings should be on all sides.

With the coming advances in robotics and AI we could have these machines even in those notorious black neighborhoods. To save money it could be a vending terminator selling beer and ice cream with a huge machine gun where its head would be.

Every one I've went to sold it by weight, so I wouldn't so much put more than one pump of sauce on my cup. They're also all closed down.
