Great video. I have an identical setup, except my salt and pepper shakers were stolen from mom's 1970's Tupperware collection. I think yours are a little more high-speed. Ditch the chopstick and scratch the measurements onto the handle of your spoon. Not that it saves weight. it's just one less thing to lose / keep track of 👍 Keep up the good videos!🤙
