Compress roms to chd / Avoid multi-disk duplicates with m3u

  • Tutorial on how to batch compress/convert .iso and .bin/cue files to .chd files to save space. Then showing how to batch create .m3u files that solves the issue of duplicate entries with multi-disk game on emulator frontends.
    Also allows for change the disks in retoarch without having to load the disks every time.
    Reminder that the roms have to be in their individual folders for these batch files to work.
    Updates to chd batch file:
    -Added ".gdi" for Dreamcast support.
    -Added "-c cdzl,cdfl" minimal size increase to reduce the performance penalty
    recommended by velocity37
    -Added "if exist "%%~dpi*.chd" DEL" to make sure that the conversion was successful before
    anything is deleted.
    -Verified working with PS2 games.
