hey, would like to ask, in my country my diploma institute takes 2 years to issue graduation certificates after i have graduated but they have writte for me a letter explaining that i graduated but there are reasons as to why they dont issue graduation certificates that fast. do you think they will allow it?

Look at the guidelines document and work with the scale of 4.0
Also the GPA indicated in my academic transcript doesn't have GPA per term but was calculated yearly. I can modify the columns to fill it in, right?
Yes, instead of doing it in 2 semesters or terms like I did use one that will represent yearly.
Sir what if my cgpa semester is just for 2 grade
For period of attendance is it ok to just indicate the years "2021 - 2023" and not put the grade level? My country has different types of high school(polytechnic 3 years and junior college 2 years) and i might confuse the staff reviewing if i put 11th grade to 13th grade as high school...
Yes put the last 2 or 3 years before university. Put what is considered last year's before you go to the university.

I left the name of institution receiving application blank, and my embassy results are out and I probably didn’t make it for the first round (they havent officially posted about it yet) could this be the reason why my application got rejected because I see no other way why I wouldn’t pass the document screening round..

There's post graduate on that same website but you have to go search between February march this year.

I don't know how your school does it, some have cgpa by semesters, some by year. But you will have to include your final year semester and your transcript must show how the cgpa is being calculated so that admission commission can look at it and understand. IT MUST HAVE THAT EXPLANATION SECTION.

You have to check the percentile chart and input the equivalent also in percentile in the section on 100.

Use the document that has all the universities and their majors and department as your guide. Some might have a major in a different department.

What are you saying here? Please rephrase all what you just wrote here because the only thing I understood is which is more convenient. Embassy or university non is convenient is your application lacks substance. Even if you have good grades things like your SOP and study plan if they can't show your motivation enough plus your performance during interview, the track won't matter. University track is better in terms of number of applicants and slots if you include UIC. But like I said your motivations matter a lot even your letter of recommendation.

Hii, tq for the video. My que. is....in the uni. File there is a column about when the program will start. So some uni. Mentioned that the program will start in march only and some wrote that the program will start in March or sept...so i just want to know is it march 2024 or 2025. If its 2024 then there is no language program?

Write your graduation school name.
We three sisters are applying for Gks-u this year for university track. So can we apply apply to same university or different universities? Is there any kind of thing that one university can chose only one student? Is it possible that we three could be selected in the same university?
Well, it is strictly on merit but it's difficult to say because the quota is too small if you apply through UIC they want only 55 scholars an it is the whole world that will be applying for those 55 slots available. Even regional quota is just 64. Just apply without thinking about bais or anything if you guys succeed good and fine if you don't move on with life and apply for other scholarships. It's not the end of the world.
For birth certificate where place of birth of my parents was not indicated, can I use their NIN if they don’t have passport
Use any government issued document to show their country of birth. Too many questions already I should probably charge you for consultation also like others are doing.

Why we should leave blank( Name of Institution Receiving Application )?
Go ahead and write embassy of your home country or with name of the university you are applying to. It's still ok. That's not what will make you not succeed in the scholarship. Focus on more important sections.

Fill out the single name. You can't creat another name if you don't have. You have other documents that will prove you have just one name.

Remote learning education is a no go zone for any scholarship in South Korea. If it was during the COVID-19 pandemic where some people had to complete their studies through online that is understandable but if it is a 100% online degree program I'm sorry to tell you not to waist your time.

@anitapun506 most admissions into Korea will say full time bachelor degree without remote studies. You need to go to the different university websites that might interest you and look at their admission requirements. Gks wouldn't take you with a remote year of studies if you go through the guidelines you will see the admission requirements.

Recommendation letter must be written by somebody who either was your teacher or your boss if you are a worker. They must have been your teacher or your high ups If you work. No other teachers who've never been your class teacher should write you a recommendation letter.

Get in contact with the Korean cultural center in Nigeria. The rules says authenticated documents or notarized document.

If you have a scale that is already on the conversion table there is no need to convert again. Just use it as it is. If your scale is not on the conversion table that's when you need to convert and also get a confirmation from your school.

If you send through email that means you have not respected the application rules. The person who wrote your recommendation is supposed to seal it before giving you. If you are applying through university track you have to use international postal service to send to the university in Korea. Look for their international mailing address on their website. I have explained these things on my channel you guys don't watch you just come and ask questions because it's way easier to ask than watch and understand.

@blessingngozi4104 your messages don't indicate that you do watch the videos. I did post a video on the application guidelines and I did indicate that university track everything does to university and embassy track everything to embassy, I don't understand why you are applying for university track and want to submit your recommendation letter to embassy. Yes for some admissions mostly when it's online your recommendation can email or fill out a form that will be sent through their email. You have to make sure you follow scholarship rules because you sending or going to deposit your documents when applying through university to the embassy will cost you waste of time which you don't have for this scholarship and most especially it will be seen as not following the rules. They cannot pay to post your documents to the said university. You have to do that. Ask you recommender to write you a recommendation letter add it to your other documents and post to Korea before the deadline. Note that this year deadlines process for embassy has changed. Every country embassy sets their deadline so do universities which means you must visit your country embassy website and also your chosen university website per chosen track.

@blessingngozi4104 get your original transcript, graduation certificate and documents that prove your nationality, depending on the country make 1 photocopy of each document and then give to your I don't know it's different in some countries, but give to ministry of education they will work on it, next ministry of foreign affairs and finally Korean embassy or consulate. The photocopies after they work or authenticate it, it is now called true originals, make 3 sets photocopies of the authenticated documents and submit for embassy track. If you are applying for university track just send the one set of authenticate documents plus others to the school. I know you will still be confused.

Follow your instincts. Follow what your heart tells you. That is one major that is offered in just one university under gks there's no way to predict which track is going to be favorable.

Oh wow. Have you ever read the application guideline for this scholarship? Your question makes me think you don't even have any idea about the scholarship. This scholarship has 2 different tracks, university track where you will send your documents directly to the university and embassy track where you will have to hand them to Korean embassy in your home country.

The scholarship is not yet even open for application now. Either way what are you applying for? Undergraduate or graduate program? It's a very long process that will take me more than one hour to explain the whole process.
