Electric Sunrise is one of the most captivating pieces of music ive heard. He really is a master at writing on top of already being a nasty player. I'm very excited to study his work. Also I'd like to say you were in my recommended and you did a great job.
@@monfloral Jakub Zytecki was amazing, I mean, sure Plini was amazing too, but Jakub Zytecki was for me the great surprise and being introduced to his music and his band in a live setting had been fantastic, especially with them all jamming together.
I always keep coming back to his songs as you do! To me, they give some meaningful and grounded, yet carefree vibes that just make me feel good nearly whenever.
Plini majored in Architecture (was something i recently learned) and im Archi school currently, its almost like each of his compositions follow all the design principles and elements ive learned flawlessly.
I feel the same way with Plini's music. As a rule of thumb, I usually really enjoy about half of any prog record. There are Plini songs that do nothing for me, but the ones that hit are my most listened to songs of any artist. Actual years of returning to the same songs. I should probably expand my music catalogue..
This man knows...he too read from the Ancient Texts and DMs! Now he knows that Plini is actually just an old Cthulu-esque entity that is the embodiment of organic music. Sithu Aye is also fantastic!
I'm a big guthrie govan fan, haven't listened to Plini yet but definitely going to check him out. You seem like a pretty cool dude so I'm definitely going to check out your videos first.
I haven't got the hook yet from Plini. I've tried. But I want to be caught. I've found a lot of great artists that way. Where their music didn't find me and grab me. I had to find them. Be intentional and give them a chance. Sometimes multiple upon multiple chances. Polyphia was like that and DT was like that. He's one of those for me. I intend to keep trying until it hooks me.
Everyone’s tastes vary so it makes sense. Similar to you, there’s several artists that took me a minute to actually enjoy their music. Handmade Cities is honestly a place to start whenever you decide to give Plini another shot
I've always found his song noodly and pointless, but when he features on a song it's always my favourite part.
Yup. This is my take exactly. His albums put me to sleep but his features are always great.

Plini is definitely my favorite artist at the moment. I saw him with Jakub Zytecki a couple months ago, and it was an incredible show.
I bet that was an incredible show! If the opportunity arises I’d love to see them live
Same. In Pittsburgh

Anche per me , compositore incredibile e a me fa veramente sognare !! Grande Plini !
my too and it was one of my favorite shows i have ever been too
100% agree with you on what you said about the Handmade Cities EP, one of the very few 10/10 unskippable albums imo.
Handmade Cities is an all time fave
If you like Plini,I highly recommend you to check out a guitarist called David Maxim Micic
X2
Plini is honestly one of, if not THE best composer Ive ever heard.
Yes, im including all of them.
Beautifully put!
Plini roo-uhlz
Thank you for your take on Plini his music is special truly evokes nostalgic feelings and always gives an experience like no one.
I would suggest Sithu Aye if you love Plini hes incredible!
he also has my favorite NDSP archetype for cleans and edge of breakup.
YES! The cleans on his plugin are to die for
Another great video!!💜

Love this❤
Awesome video. Perfectly articulated my feelings as well. Plini just hits all the elements. Elite on all levels.
Plini's 3 EPs prior to Electric Sunruse are also very good, got hooked on it several years back, and have been a huge fan of his.

WOW! Never would've guessed but now that you said it, I can see the comparison

Plini rules, both albums are most listens.
Man you would love post japenesse rock
Great video, dude! Would also be nice to hear your thoughts on Jakub Żytecki, since hejust released a new LP and toured with Plini this year :)
Once I check out the project I’m gonna try to get around to this. Jakub definitely needs more attention!
