- For some, the "model" diet might be made in the kitchen. For others, like Danish model Nina Agdal, dining out is much more realistic. We spent the day with the 25-year-old Manhattan resident, as she walked us through breakfast, lunch, and dinner at three of her favorite spots around town.

There's literally nothing wrong with what she ate. She had a nutritional breakfast, healthy lunch and splurged a bit for dinner, nothing wrong with that! Some of you women that think looking like a stick is sexy are delusional!

Emmy George pretty sure she meant she's gonna be eating more than usual during the course of the day so she wanted to start off with sth healthy and not that heavy (although oatmeal is not even your typical low cal food so keep that in mind)

I haven't paid much attention to Nina for a long time but I do remember when she started out, she had her native accent still but over time, like with anyone, you adapt but her fun personality still remains the same :)

Thumps up to her for eating what she wants and likes. I know we all don't go for the salad every meal and the commenters here will still hate on her if she does. I eat that way too. Been a size 0 all my life, half Thai and half Vietnamese living in the US eating whatever I want. It's all about balance in food. And trust me I'm 35 and I look 25. Her voice is fine, can't please everyone, she's doing a video and her positivity is apparent.

Yeah today I ate 4 eggs, 3 slices of peanut butter toast, a bowl of cheerios, a peanut butter banana spinach shake for breakfast, 4 chicken tenderloins, 5 cups of rice with peppers for lunch, it's only 4pm and I'm starving already. Also am procrastinating doing my college work and watching random vids of my childhood crush so. Oh and a full pot of espresso

So weird to hear a bit of her Danish accent mixed in with the New York and California accents she's picked up. She actually ate a reasonable diet. I was totally with her up until the point when she started eating her ribs with a fork and knife.

Many scandinavian people do that since we enjoy the light (it's so dark here in winter) and we value fresh air (even ny air is better than to stay inside)

Isabella Ced it’s a bit high pitched but many girls in their teens, and women in their early 20s have high pitched voices. I heard one woman talk of that, the high pitch of girls and women, who discussed gender studies and she said high pitches voices usually tended to connect with how one’s ok with taking the room so to speak. It makes sense given women and young girls aren’t really as a whole in society taught or encouraged to take up too much room. I heard quite a few woman speak on the fact their voices lowered with age as they found more security in their foundation as a human being and understood it’s ok to use your full voice and to take the room. It was interesting and I think there truly can be something to it given how women in general often are viewed by society.
Her diet is not Danish, but regular American. She looks/speaks/acts like an American gal, nothing Dane tho (i mean lifestyle :)
