I've been getting all these speed duels boxes and I love them! It feels like I'm getting all the yugioh cards from the show. I'm sleeving them, putting them in deck boxes and playing with my son. Random decks makes it really fun!
Speed duel is always such a chill time. Kind of nice to be able to just kick back with a really affordable deck and just run with it. Also nice that it's full of nostalgic anime archetypes.
I actually love Speed Duels. Its a nice feeling not having pay a whole lot too have fun with some older style decks. It's easy to learn, and one box can be an entire tournament at someone's house

Speed duel secrets are excellent and have some unexpectedly good reprints for the various formats of tcg. And having a real life duel links format is great always
Speed duel secret rares always look so insane, you really notice the difference in quality with them. Loved the speed duel polymerization, now they finally printed super-poly too

Just got this box today. I pulled secret rares of archfiend of lightning, red-eyes darkness, macro cosmo, super poly and dark fusion. Beautiful secret rares
Super sick to see Macro Cosmos and Legendary Jujitsu Master getting a new max rarity in secret, was kinda bored having my RYMP ultra sitting there since it didn't pop as much as I wanted it to, and though I do dig the BPW2 super rare print of Jujitsu Master, can't go wrong with a secret rare.
I love speed duels I use it to teach my friends the basics of how to play since none of them knew. This product seems much better than the midterm box.
I love the SD Secret Rare Promos. The foil looks soooooooo good and it's such an awesome and cheap alternative to most OG prints to "bling out" decks. I use a lot of those Secret Rares for my Goat decks.
6:03 : There's actually a pretty good Archfiend (at least on Infernity Decks) unfortunately not reprinted here: Cyber Archfiend (Level 4, 2000 DEF), "If you have no cards in your hand at the start of your Draw Phase, you can draw 2 cards instead of 1 during your Draw Phase."

I don't play any of the Speed Duel content but I really like it. It's really nice to have a more simple and beginner friendly way of experiencing YGO making YGO truly accessible to just about anyone and everyone.

I'm actually excited about this Speed Duel product. Not only will I be getting new cards to add to my growing YGO collection, but getting a Super Poly with it. It's like getting two birds with one stone. I don't play much Speed Duel, but the concept is pretty nice.
I love speed duel, don't really have anybody locally who plays it but I like the idea of a lower power level format and all the classic reprints we are getting via speed duel sets

Shadow Riders decks and some season 2 character decks. I’m curious what Viper is running? Also the armed dragon lvl 10 is sweet because it’s for Chaz Princetons deck. Speed duel is fun because the cards make decks from the shows (in part) 🤙🏻
Speed duel is cool if you’re getting into the fame or looking more a simpler format! Being more of a collector, I don’t really mess with it. But they do have some cool products!
The thing i really loved about the OG speed duels sets were the reprints of the Tournament pack cards. I keep hoping one day we will get a Skull Guardian reprint!

I think the wetness you're referring to has to do with the overall lamination over the cards that make the rarity pop and the overall card stock feel much more substantial. If only the tcg cards were the same 😕
I actually started playing yugioh because of speed duel. I watched the original anime, and bought the battle city box when it first came out. My brother and I played a ton of casual duels with the decks in that box, and honestly, we had a blast!
I really like Speed Duel because sometimes they make upgrades on cards, like the ones on this set! Amazoness Queen in Secret Rare! Finally a better upgrade! Love it!
I'm not the biggest fan of speed duel's but it's cool to see them giving these older cards some attention plus that having reprints are always nice especially for the older formats

I have played a few games of speed duel but really I built some fun GOAT decks using these and old cards I had. I think it helped bring me back to playing. Even though I’m a collector, you need the TCG to keep it alive.
I actually started playing yugioh again through speed duels after an almost 10 years hiatus. It was really enjoyable at first but then I switched back to the regular format via Master Duels. These cards bring back Sooooo many memories from when I used to play with my friends in the schoolyard!
