    Sorry, accidently removed the comment asking for what the average weights are.
    So, I recommend minimum 2kg. For the movement exercises, I use up to 6kg. Strength exercises in HIIT, you need to keep going for 40-60s, so moderate weight in order to do it correctly. Isolated strength, one can go higher, doing 10-15 reps.
