您好,散開我想可能和裹卷沒有往回推拉裹盡有些關係。這個麵包利用黃油和蒜泥來分層,會有層次。但是鬆開是造型時要盡量拉緊一些。💖

您好,是的,做一半就用一半份量的材料做。雞蛋我用到的是一個全蛋在麵團裡,去殼後蛋液是56克。您可以打開一只雞蛋,用掉需要的克數在麵團裡後,剩下一半留做刷表面。
