Daniel, hello Another great band from MI, indeed so. One of many killer garage bands from MI. Back in the day, the entire state was like one enormous garage. I'm not from MI, but man, it's a gorgeous state.
I wanted to list these guys as nominees for the garage rock hall of fame but I had too many favorites. You can hear the skilled musicians that these guys were in "The Story of My Life". The stick control of the drumming and bass playing that's all over the fretboard is crazy good. "Where You Gonna Go", Cry, Cry, Cry" and "Hey Love" are also great sides!!! The weirdo/warped riff with the tuned drum here is such an unusual sound that they integrated into a solid pop song!
@@luvhatpunk9453 Oh, that's funny Luvhatpunk! And yes, like you, I too have too many favourites 🙃 For instance, I also think We The People are terribly good! Nice to hear from you again! Cheers my friend from Virginia...land of 1000 trees!
Okay, this is nuts, but I hear a little of The Romantics", "What I Like About You" I guess that should be vice versa since the Segments came first. This tune also has a bit of garage punk appeal. I gotta say, another great garage band from MI.
@EdwinJack64 Hello Edwin hope you are keeping well, honestly l don't know anything about these guys. As far as favourite, am l allowed to say this has to be it.😅
@@michaelrose3101 Aha, no problem! This is quite a good song too 😉 ! "The Story Of My Life", "Hey Love","Cry, Cry, Cry" and "It's Unfair" are also excellent! (At least I think so). Yes, I'm doing well, thank you. The weather is nice, I'm working outside. Hope you're doing well too Michael! Greetings, Edwin
One of the craziest!! A true favorite
Loved all their singles, especially that driving and percolating bass
Another great garage band from my home state!

First time listen. Good song, especially the vocals. Familiar with a different song with the same title by Art Guy.

It just occurred to me, this sounds kinda like something Arthur Lee's LOVE would've done.
