Before our New Years activities began we ventured down to Kalamazoo, MI to catch a few trains at BO Tower. BO still controls movements through the interlocking but is rumored to close soon so glad I finally got to catch a few trains passing the Tower.
AMTRAK train 365 heads westbound bound for Chicago.
AMTRAK train 350 heads eastbound bound for Detroit and Pontiac, MI
Finally a sweet consist on the Grand Elk local of a ex Wisconsin & Southern GP7U and a ex CN GP40-2LW lead a local out of Botsford Yard southbound towards Pavilion, MI to interchange with the CN. Enjoy!!!

I know they have an old union Pacific engine . I see from time to time in grand rapids.
