Dark Chocolate Mousse with a hint of Cayenne Pepper

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of dark chocolate chips or two 3.5 ounce dark chocolate bars
2 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp for chocolate and 2 tbs for egg mixture
2 tbsp of sugar
4 large egg yolks
pinch of cayenne pepper
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups of very cold heavy whipping cream
