So much better without fish sauce. Otherwise a beautiful meal. Fish sauce always makes every Asian dish taste and smell too similar, at least to my taste buds.
Don't know why you're microwaving the Tofu but I don't own a microwave and am not a fan of microwaving food (one minute turns Garlic from anti-cancer food to doing nothing to prevent cancer). What can I do instead, or is it really necessary? Also, Allulose is an artificial processed sugar substitute and I'd rather use a a more natural sweetener so will look up how much 2 tbsp. of Allulose is equal to how much Sugar, etc. Also, will have to find out what Oatmeal Vegetable Rice is. Otherwise, looks very tasty! Apologies for not knowing Korean. ❤☮🌎

Don't know why you're microwaving the Tofu but I don't own a microwave and am not a fan of microwaving food (one minute turns Garlic from anti-cancer food to doing nothing to prevent cancer). What can I do instead, or is it really necessary? Also, Allulose is an artificial processed sugar substitute and I'd rather use a a more natural sweetener so will look up how much 2 tbsp. of Allulose is equal to how much Sugar, etc. Also, will have to find out what Oatmeal Vegetable Rice is. Otherwise, looks very tasty! Apologies for not knowing Korean. ❤☮🌎

뭔 두부 보관팩에 소포제 유화제... 좀 제대로 알고 말씀하시든지... 두부팩에 있는물은 그냥 보관수에요 굳이 먹을 필요는 없지만 소포제 유화제 넣은 물에 담근 두부를 물에 씯는다고 없어집니까... 그냥 조리하셔도 됩니다.
