This is delicious and so easy. My husband had a wild meat party with his friends and I used this on a big chunk of wild pig loin. I cut it up and cooked it this way. The men loved it.
You can do everything he did in a Dutch oven brown your pork chips on the stove caramelize your onions on the stove put the pork chops back in and finish it in the oven.
Made these tonight. I used my pot-in-pot filled with potatoes and carrots. Everything turned out beautiful and so very tasty. Hubby praised the recipe and said this one is a keeper! Thank you so much for sharing.

I made these last night - so good!!! Next time I will adjust the cook time under pressure according to the thickness of the chops. Ours were 1.5" and 7 minutes would probably have been enough if I had allowed the pressure to release itself. Still, they were extremely tasty, and my husband heartily approved of the meal. I did make some ingredient tweaks to make the recipe Keto-friendly, and I served the chops and gravy with a side of broccoli salad.
Made this last week and wife liked it better than her oven breaded port chops that she has made for years. Looking forward to cook this for my friends...
Yes sir thank's for sharing. New or semi new to instapot cooking. Dang good on everything else. I did your pork chops with a cajun kick, I don't know if I could say the brand of spices I use. that the only thing I change. very good chop on a bed of rice , sweet peas and sweet potato.

Susan Smith! I Love You!!! Thank You Very Very Much for such a wonderful comment. I’m very happy you appreciate the work put in to the recipe and the video. I love that your family enjoyed your dinner. Have a fantastic rest of your week!
Hey Mary 👋🏼 I am working on locating that recipe. I have made a couple others but they turned out a little bland. I’m making this a high priority. I’ll post it as soon as I get it right.
Here we go. The cucumber salad recipe my wife used. 3 - 4 Large cucumbers thin sliced. 1/2 red onion or sweet onion sliced from side to side (julienned) or chopped. 1/2 red or orange bell pepper (use a jalapeño with the seeds in if you like it HOT) 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar. It’s pretty mellow so white wine vinegar will work great here too. 1 tsp honey. 1 tsp sesame oil. You can add up to 1 Tbsp if you love sesame oil. 1 tsp sesame seeds 1/2 tsp crushed red peppers 1/4 tsp Salt 1/8 tsp black pepper (fresh ground highly preferred)
I do not have the recipe for the sauce I put on top of the cabbage wedge but We do cabbage wedges in our air fryer 380 degrees for 14 minutes flipping a little after half way. A little salt pepper and butter, delicious cabbage wedge. Enjoy!
Hmmm, in college I minored in psychology. I'm going to say first congrats and regarding the recipe I'm going to make it tomorrow night and can't wait to see what my family thinks of it. Hi Anna! Thank you for the comment. I’m happy the recipe video helped. Personally, I have never used frozen pork chops but I’ve heard you set the time the same but the time it takes to get to pressure will take longer. Like throwing ice in a pot of water to boil. The ice has to melt (thaw) before the water will boil. So I’m pretty sure it’s the same time. If the pork chops aren’t done, you could put the lid back on and set the pressure cook time to one minute and see if they’re done. Thank you again Anna!! 👋🏼😁
