I got the Hobonichi cousin Avec because I’m a student and it works well with my semester-based life! Like you, none of the cousin covers were calling out to me so I’m just going to reuse the pink/green cover from last year!

Love your goodies 😍 If you put both sides of the hobonichi inside the interior pockets, you can put the week insert inside the back cover to eliminate that hump when writing. There’s a pic on the product page :)

I got the Weeks and A6 planner for 2019 (first time getting Hobonichi planners), but after watching this, I really wish I had gotten the A5 as well... I want it so bad, but I'm new into journaling and I know I will not use 3 journals/planners, haha. Can't wait for January to start writing and decorating in them!
Yes!! Definitely just use the one you have first and then grow from there, I personally find it too overwhelming to buy everything I see people getting straight up! Can't wait for you to enjoy your new Weeks and A6 planner :D

Hi Celina, another great video! I thought for sure you would have the 2 super cute Techo stamps in your haul though :) I love the pastel stripe cover and I always like hearing how you plan on using your different Hobonichi planners because I've always struggled on how to use an A5 and an A6 during the same year. I've struggled a little this year juggling an A6, a Weeks, and a 5-year Techo. For 2019, I get to juggle all of that plus a Cousin. I'm not sure how I'm gonna do that!
I was veeerrryyy tempted by them! But I know me and I rarely use stamps because I'm lazy to wash them after use each time, but trust me! They were adorable and I was very tempted! I love your haul!! It's so hard just to settle on one planner with Hobonichi!

I’d consider the hobonichi but the paper seems to thin for me, I worry about ghosting/bleeding and using fountain pens - plus they’re quite expensive right?!
Most fountain pens don't bleed but you will have ghosting.
This paper is known for holding up rather well to bleeding. But it does ghost and crackle easy but it’s fantastic for that dainty feel
Yay! So glad I got the volume right now! And agreed with Carlyn, you won't get bleed through but you will get ghosting with pretty much any pen or pencil!
