    i lived in Bishkek for three years and would agree that the Kyrgyz people were most kind and inviting.

      People there are really friendly and their level of hospitality is unlike anything we've seen anywhere else. They would invite us for meals all the time.

    This is one of the beautiful video which includes Everything kindness simplicity breath taking nature and humanity. You guys are amazing too loved your video and happy for you that you've experienced this little heartwelming story in my country. You may always come back to Kyrgyzstan im pretty sure where ever you go people will be happy to see all of you! (Even host for free) This is our culture friendliness and kindness.       Thanks Mitchell :) we were really touched by the kindness of that family. Everywhere we go, we keep running into the friendliest people and It goes to show that the world is not like the traditional media likes to portrait it ;)

    You might have heard that before but, guests are sacred in our culture. That's why they welcoming you like that. The best part of the meat and food given to guests, most comfortable rooms and beds in the house is belongs to guests. We accept the guests from the God.

    The mountainous area is so beautiful. Well that is one way to keep fit on the road haha. The dam is incredible!!! Just wow

    Storytelling is such a strong point in your episodes, you are both SO good at it! 4:03 to 4:47 was the best part hahaha, I can just picture the man being like "Everyone! Come here! You must see this! Foreigners in my house staying overnight, let's all have a dinner party!" They're just so sweet! Amazing job on this episode, guys!

    Such a beautiful story! The thing that makes it even more beautiful to me is that Kyrgyzstan is my homeland, so I'm really proud to be living here now.     Thanks guys. Would be good to see also Astana and Almaty cities of Kazakhstan. I have been there and enjoyed. Also Kirghizistan is an amazing country. I have been in Bishkek and Issikkul. Hope you had beshbarmak (food from national kitchen of Kazakhstan and Kirghizistan)

      After so many years travelling around the world, I find that it's very often the people that have the smallest amount of possessions that are the most willing to share what they have. :D Thanks I'm thinking of letting my hair grow a bit more.Are you still in Japan?

      They have been travelling for a few months already and will probably travel for the next 3-4 months :) we were really sad when we said goodbye, it's amazing how much you can share with people in such a short amount of time!

    Im here coz I wanna know about kyrgyztan,,coz I watch some videos something like negative ab't force marriage,kidnapped bride, having multiple husband/wife,,,,but it seems they are very peaceful people and their country is very clean breathetaking, I really appreciate it,,,I'm so curious too the people seems like Chinese but muslims and speaks russian language,,,its really a multi cultural

    Did the Kyrgyz hats have a local meaning to it?

      The traditional hat is made out of felt and is called a Kalpak, it's usually decorated with colorful patterns.The wall carpets serve two purposes, decoration and insulation. It helps the house stay warm in winter and cool in summer :)

    Yes I know that feeling of seeing the mountains appear after 3000KM of nothingness... that's exactly how I felt when I drove across Canada for the first time 😂 Though by the looks of it, your nothingness is even more nothing than my nothingness
