- Getting into this song was a lot easier and i enjoyed it so much, also the beautifully filmed video, a true piece of art.
Tati being an icon for empowerment, accompanied by an ocean of heavy rhythmic riffs.

The video Audiotree | From Nothing is perfect for newcomers who want to get acquainted with Jinjer. It includes interview sections with all band members as a group in which they discuss the band's history, creative process, attitudes about art, and the bonds between them interspersed by live in studio performances of 3 great songs ("Vortex", "Wallflowers" and "Dead Hands Feel No Pain") from their 2021 album wallflowers. The interviews are fascinating and often funny, and the performances are *superb.* It's a bit long at a little over 23 minutes, but it makes for a great reaction!
The latest tracks are so good for me that it's hard to choose a favorite! 🤟🤟
@@vshcode9524 And Album coming in February, right? Glad there’s still more to discover until then. 😍
Right!? I love the latest tracks soooo much. Can’t pick a favorite. They’re all so great and many more to comes 🤘
Love seeing you watching more Jinjer!
There is an amazing drum and bass playthrough for this also 😊
@@spiknaaj There’ll definitely gonna be more in the future ☺️ I’m not sure if I could add anything to a drum and bass playthrough tho. 🤔
@ I have faith 😉
Lol Someone's daughter is more of a melodic proggy banger than green serpent.

The lyrics to this immediately made sense to me. She's a strong, smart woman in a sea of male performers. A few other women as well but then you have the controversial phrase "female fronted metal band" you hear sometimes that Tatiana has said she isn't fond of. That she would write this makes perfect sense. Of course some of the female metal performers embrace it and run around with everything bursting out of their outfits (or wear tape on their breasts) which leaves metal fans a bit confused (ie should we recognize that they're women or not?). Clearly Tatiana isn't one of those performers and I think all the fans respect her (in the right way) much more for it frankly.
I think that's a super interesting topic, I understand and respect her for not being fond of it. On the other hand, the fact that the term exists AND has an effect, for example in marketing, is just a proof that the gender equality doesn't exist yet, otherwise labelling something as 'female fronted' would be obsolete.
I think Tatiana being not fond of the term and not using it, means that she wants to lead by example and I got nothing but respect for that, but I don't condemn using it to get an advantage, to even the odds a bit more. :)
Hours could be filled by talking about this topic, thank you so much for bringing that up, it's so important.
@@kaNjiXIII Right. And we can't really tell people what to wear and not wear on stage. So there is always going to be that sex factor in entertainment. Tatiana does those things on her terms rather than feeling obligated to do it every time she's up there. I think that's the best those performers can do is lead by example.
For a bit of an older one, I’m gonna suggest one of my favs “Call Me A Symbol”.
The omv is fun, it the Live in LA version absolutely slaps, and there’s a killer drum playthrough from Vlad also. Maybe do a double feature? 😊
