The asking price corresponds to around 65K EUROs which is extremely good value. I notice in this compound that this house stands out compared to the others. The colour scheme, finishing and attention to detail is far superior to the other houses. It's a pity that the other few houses aren't of the same high standard as this one. It nice to be able to look at other attractive houses in your neighbourhood. Having said that the other houses are not necessarily low quality, I think its just that this one is exceptional. As always,Evelyne does a great job in showcasing the property. I love the large windows which lets in lots of natural light. The rooftop solarium is a great idea and looks wow. All in all, a very nice property at what seems to be a fair price. However, I would have two reservations. 1 - The outside road and surrounding properties. The road isn't tarmaced/finished, so I would like to know when this would happen (be finished). Also, the other properties do not seem to be finished or at least finished to the same standard that this one is. If its the same developer/owner, I would recommend that they work on getting all of the houses completed to this standard. This to me is a risk. 2 - The back of the house and staff quarters. For such a beautiful main house I think that the back of the house and staff quarters lets it down. Keep up the great work Evelyne, we can't wait to move to Rwanda and enjoy all that it has to offer. 2022 here we come !

Yes Rwanda has alot of mango trees and other fruits. Very fresh local fruits. Regarding crime, Rwanda is one of the safest countries in the world. It is very very uncommon to hear about the everyday crimes that you hear of in other countries in Rwanda. One can freely move in the night without the fear of getting harmed. It is safe. Thanks
