Clarence Parkrun (Bury): 06/07/2024

Threshold pace.
Tough course. Half grass, quarter trail, quarter tarmac. A few small hills.
It was enjoyable to run in the different conditions. A really fun course despite it being quite tough. No mud today and it stayed dry until I got into the car, thankfully.
Some tough overtaking on narrow paths. I nearly twisted my ankle overtaking that pram!
Took it steadyish and had a bit of a kick finish.
I finished in 15th

i was there today 1st time and loved it got 22 mins and came 9th it was though a you tube video like this i discovered this parkrun from Nicola Runs as known on you tube i had a 25 T-shirt on

@HybridRunner i didn't make it myself. You can buy them from the parkrun website. I think most people use their phones, I guess.
