Sounds great this song "give em enough on the ropes" must be a cosmic connection with simple minds and oasis as you can tell by the enthusiasm from the huge raucous audience
It doesnt feel right not seeing erica and instead some dude in her place on the fiddle. I only been listening a decade but travelled to see them twice now and they hold up still to this day if not even better
I remember this well - I was over to the left as you look at the stage stood on the back of a GreenPeace lorry because I'd been working there in the GreenPeace tent signing people up and selling merch. I even remember that hot air balloon going over as I took a photo of it :)
Saw them first on the 8 Legged Groove Machine tour in the Humming Bird in Brum, then this time, then again in Exeter years later in a great 'intimate' gig in the Lemon grove, and again last year at Beautiful days - and was feet away from Miles when he was interviewed in the beer tent about memories of the early days. I probably listen to at least one song by them on average every day as they come up on shuffle and every one is a winner :)
I will never get tired of hearing this absolute belted of a song.
From a 50 year old modern idiot who is still under construction.
Nice :)

This song still makes me shiver even after 28 years. Being Eighteen was just excellent
I'll second that !!!
Me too , just now, I had the pleasure of meeting them a few times, they are WONDERFUL xxx
One of the best alternative rock songs of the nineties !!!! Pure classic.
The most amazing performance I have ever seen... TRUE LEGENDS!
I'm back in The Mitre in Stourbridge, every time I here this.
HAPPY DAYS !!!!!
This is the ultimate example of a song being a THOUSAND times better live
The question is can you make that comment better? Respect
This may be my favourite Wonder Stuff song. Great performance too! I’ve been into them since 8 LGM, and they still rock today.
Still awesome. - probably always will be.
I was there …. And again 29 years later at the O2 academy in Birmingham last night.

A great band in the 90's ... should have been absolutely huge ...what happened?...
Artie Fufkin on keyboards is a sign that you have made it.
