Hey Roy, Thanks for these three videos. I was lucky enough to be at their “final” 😂 Wonder Stuff gig in Stratford-upon-Avon. It was one of the best nights of my life. Brought back loads of memories. Ive seen them 7 times since that gig and the most recent was two weeks ago in Birmingham. Since discovering them in 1990, I have remained a Stuffie till I die! Peace & love.
I remember buying Hup at a record store in my hometown of Macon, Georgia after seeing the video for Don't Let Me Down on Mtv. I didn't know anyone else that listened to the Wonder Stuff but that was ok. It was my own little secret and I wore that cd out! 🙂
I too remember buying Hup! when it came out. I played it constantly morning noon and night and after a week was fortunate to see them live at the London Astoria. One of my best gigs and Ive been to hundreds. They had a pantomime horse that came onstage during Ruby Horse. One of my favourite tunes!
