MACH LOOP F35 DAY - 4K
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 18 май 2023
- A quiet week in the Mach Loop finished nicely with twenty six passes on a Friday morning. Ten individual F35s, two F15s, one A400M and probably one of the last RAF Hercules C130's we shall see again.

I'm an American, but I lived in Deganwy North Wales for many years. One day I was coming back from an errand in Aberystwyth driving along the A487 east of Barmouth. At one point, the road is halfway up the cutting through the valleys. Coming towards me, below my level flying in the valley towards me, is a C130. For some crazy reason, I flashed my headlights at him. Unbelievably, he flashed back with his landing lights.
Awesome story. Thanks for sharing
Very cool!
That’s so cool and awesome story.
O wow cool, beautiful plane
Love that 👌
Watching the landscapes as those Jets do the Loop..reminds me of working for the forestry commission in Scotland planting Sitka spruce 1984 on top of this remote hill in the Highlands and 4 Jaguars and 3 Tornados shot past below us on the hill and always swore one of them gave us the thumbs up.
No one believed that story ba
ck then.
Great images.
This is the aviation equivalent of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. Great subject matter, great location, and a great photograpic eye.
And no airbrushing!
Thanks Rick. 👍
So the Herc was the fold out? 😂
The F-35 is the fat chick in the "woke" edition.
@@rharbarenko The C-130 & the A-400 are 'Rubenesque.'
@@fantabuloussnuffaluffagus Not fat, but thicc.
Watching this on my 65" TV and home cinema at full volume. Glorious!
Thanks for watching, volume up!!! ✈️✈️👍
Before my 4k projector died [rip] I used to watch these on a 110" screen
and also w/ surround sound cranked. Talk about an immersive experience. =D
As an ex photographer, let's give the person that captured this a round of applause 👏
Thank you.
@@DafyddPhillips you're welcome, brother. Keep doing what you love 👍🏽
Let's not: he captured it with a framerate from the early 20th century.
It's a sickening slideshow.
@@Chris.Davies I don't give a toss about your feeling, man.
@@CarnivoreConservative that's your business, now go cry in the corner.
Your stunning photos and videos allow us all to appreciate the beauty in these machines of death. Just fantastic photos and video. I could watch them all day.
Many thanks for watching.
Grace and power, magnificent, a sort of Ballet in the Valley…..Wonderful capture and those stills, oh man, thanks for posting
Thank you and appreciate you watching ✈️✈️👍
дорогие игрушки, но чем бы дитя не тешилось лишь бы не плакало
My nephew joined the Airforce a year-and-a-half ago, now he's doing maintenance on these birds. I'm quite proud of him
I’d be very proud of him. 👌
Thanks for watching.
Awesome career choice!!! He'll be a Veteran for the rest of his life and get a damn good job right out of the service!! My Son is a US MArine and Companies are going after him for his skills!!! Very Proud as well!!
@@wcreview8227 that's what I hear and that's what I'm hoping. He asks lutely loves the job and loves the life. He is an exemplary young man. I'm sure yours is as well.
@@loetzcollector466 Absolutely.. The Military Helped teach him how to be a self sustaining MAN.. i Taught him the basics and they halped put it all into action.. youll see he is going to have a great life!!
@@wcreview8227 Yeah encourage people to give their lives and fight battles with their own blood under the guise of hypothetical virtue or 'honour' in the pursuit of alleged 'freedom' for faceless diplomats sat behind desks in ivory towers. After which when they do inevitably come back psychologically if not physically scarred they'll find they're in fact completely forgotten about and abandoned by the country they thought they were fighting for. That's great.
The Hi Mom sign at 621! Great stuff all round.
The "HI MOM!" sign was awesome.
One of the best sounds after thunderstorm. What an adrenaline rush flying about in one of these. Awesome 👍😎😊
Loved the "Hi Mom" at 6:21, but glad it's the navigator and not the pilot holding the sign.
That stereo sound positioning is so nice! That roar is intense. I love it. Oh, and who can deny those visuals? Even the heavy boys sliding deep into the valley are getting solid action. That was fun to watch!
Thank you and happy you enjoyed it. 👍
man I wish I lived near there. Amazing photos. id be there everyday filming.
Right on the verge of Mach, I will never get tired of watching such an awesome spectacle.
Appreciate you watching.
@@DafyddPhillips Hello! You are a master with a camera. Keep up the great photography!
Bloody brilliant! And when the F-15 flew in, I had an aerogasm. My fav aircraft of all time. Superb shots of all the aircraft.
Thank you. Love the new word 🎓✈️💦🤠
That shot at 4:57 is beautiful. The canopy really looks amazing.
Thank you. 👍
My brother flys the f-35 so darn proud of him and amazed every time he talks to me about it Like its no big deal. To be one of the most elite pilots in the world. Amazing and inspiring to say the least.
Respect 👍
Has he been to Topgun? The best of the best, the elite.
@@y_ffordd yeah he did recently Its called weapons school for air force but same thing as top gun
I have really grown to love the F-35 (LOL, a lot of that has to do with your absolutely stunning videos and photos) but how is it that a 50 year old fighter jet (F-15) NEVER seems to get old?
They have made an Upgraded version of it that has hella Missile hard points on it.
The F-15 has to be an all-time fav of any Aerosexual......!🤣
Same here. it's gonna be a monster weapons platform. Better situational awareness than an AWACS
And the F-15 is still undefeated in air to air combat. Amazing.
Imagine the reception if an F-14 popped in!!! Sadly that won't happen.
Amazing pictures……..Amazing!!! Thank you so much for showing me these amazing pictures and videos. Great job guys….
Thanks Mike, happy you enjoy them and appreciate you taking the time to watch
These vids NEVER FAIL to make the excitement flow through my views! Just awesome raw power od our American Air Force and RAF Allies! Thanks again for putting a huge smile on my face and feel so prideful of our hardworking armed forces personnel who keep us safe day in and day out!!! Thank you!
Watching it in 4K with great sound system is absolutely astounding. Beautiful.
Happy you enjoyed it.
Thank you.
I was up in Marysville, CA fishing with the kids when 4 F-35’s buzzed us. Could see the pilot. Was awesome.
I love that a400m fly past. Stunning footage 😊 !
The big planes always give good footage when low.
Thanks for watching
Thanks Dafydd. Consistently the best in flight stills and video. Always enjoy seeing the "studio" with everyone working to get their shots.
I would sooo love to live there. So green and beautiful. And I am a big fan of jets so I wouldn’t mind this activity at all.
I love that noise so much. My first few years of life were spent on a naval base so this is soothing to me
Thanks Tiffany, must of been a great place ✈️✈️😍👍
Not so sure the sheep enjoy it as much. But they must be used to it by now.
The F-15 was introduced in 1976, almost fifty years ago, and it's still one of the most badass fighters in the sky. Great still photo of it here.
I was at the Reno NV air races a few years ago talking to an F-22 Raptor pilot. There was an F-15 parked nearby and I asked him which plane would win in a straight up dogfight. He said with no technology involved, just plane vs plane and pilot vs pilot he would not put his F-22 up against an F-15 unless he had no choice.
Yeah, I screen-capped that photo. It's just a bad-assed plane that's lost none of its ferocity over the decades.
I made this comment on another thread, but thought I'd share it here, too:
I saw the new F-15 when it went on a world tour in '76 sporting its Bicentennial livery. I was in awe. It almost outshown the Habu. I can't decide which is my favorite: they're perfect for their roles. Sliderules rock!
Just spectacular photography. Imagine being the pilot of one of those fighters, throwing it around the sky like that. Also, I loved the photo of the passenger with the "Hi Mom" message. Genius!
Thank you.
🤩👍 Wunderbar ! The F-35 is like a fat Bumblebee! But I like the F-35 more and more ! Great Photos & Video! Thanks
It grows on you after time ✈️👍
I never get tired of watching these amazing shots , the guys and gals shooting the photos are great at their jobs. Thanks to all the service men and women for what they do !
Thank you.
thank you for sharing these videos and photos, that very last clip is beautiful, they're all beautiful! when i was little we had DHC-4 Caribous fly over our house quite often. one day we had one fly really low so we stuck our arms out like wings and tilted them left to right, the pilot saw us and did the same in reply. i don't think i'll ever forget that
A few of these frames broke my uncanny valley. Absolutely extraordinary aircraft.
F-35 is an amazing plane. So gratifying to see it excel now. Glad we decided to buy them here in Canada
Those are some absolutely beautiful closeup photos. Those cameras look like they would take a second mortgage to pay for. And those close in shots count the freckles as they go by
Thank mark, appreciate your kind comments.
Increadible photography. Thx so much. The stills are epic. And the sound on top of everything gives me chills.
Thanks Nate, happy you enjoyed it 👍
Love the Raptor! One day I’ll be stood there, I may try and take pictures or I may just chat with the proper photographers and just watch when the planes fly past! Awesome experience and I bet the pilots love it too.
F-35s aren't F-22s
Just WOW the ultimate company vehicles ❤🎉
Crazy!! Sitting in one of those fighters. Flying low through a valley. It is all I ever wanted to do. Never will.
But, because of this video, for a second or two, I am there in the cockpit, then I flip back to reality, but thank you.
They have such a unique sound. You'd think something that creates such a noisy fireball would sound like just noise, but the F-35 definitely has a unique sound
It certainly has a unique sound. I consider the work I did on that project some of the best of my career, I hope that sound of freedom roars for a long long time over not only my own nation but over our esteemed allies nations too.
I saw a 35 at the Pacific Airshow last year. That engine is a monster and set off car-alarms on its fly by.
@@flynbenny I'm impressed and a little envious.
@@phillipbanes5484 Denser air, I imagine. I've seen the F-16s with the Thunderbirds. Great planes. But the best that I've seen was the Habu (SR-71). That thing was an earthquake taking off.
@@phillipbanes5484 I also used to watch pairs of F-4s taking off under afterburners. They put out a lot of higher pitched noise. They certainly didn't point their nose in the sky, though, especially with a combat load.
Sublime filming my friend, complete masterclass !!! Many thanks cheers !
Thanks mick 😎👍
Saw some f35’s today with my dad. Best experience of my life. We also saw f15’s too! I was shaking of happiness
Makes me proud!!! My late father-in-law, David Martin, worked at Lockheed many years as a structural engineer. He worked predominately on wing boxes and it makes me smile to see those F-35, F-22, & C-130s wings stay attached during those crazy loads. Fly high David and all those who work to protect our lives and freedom.
Respect 🇺🇸
The fast movers are always great, but for me, the most impressive will always be seeing a cargo plane thread the needle.
Absolutely the bus drivers are having a blast.
Right, we expect small planes to be able to do all kinds of cool stuff, but the big ones need to be able to go places and do things too. Remember what General Borgnine said to Major Marvin, we are not running this war for your personal convenience - the cargo plane needs to deliver the goods where the war is, not where it would be convenient to fly. :-)
Absolutely, it's the heavies that win the war, the little guys just make sure they can get there lol
Awesome catches!
I like that everyone comes at a certain altitude and the A400 comes lower than them.
Reflecting on totality of the engineering, physics, manufacturing, maintenance 😮 ❤ what humanity can do if we work together
im forever grateful and blessed to have been born after the advent of powered flight. i think more than any other modern technology - computers, internet, cars, smart phones - our ancestors would see us flying massive metal birds and think of us as gods. what a truly special time to be alive.
Glad to see the best Aircraft of all time represented. The C-130!
Another thrilling 6:40 !! Great to see extended cargo coverage Thanks DP
Thank you.
Amazing shots!!! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching!
My favourite aviation photography channel.
Muchas Gracias 👍

Top photography! I paused trough the stills at the end and the quality of these is just stunning. Btw these pictures are very valuable to the modellers out there, just check those weathering patterns.
The pilot/navigator holding up the 'Hello Mom' stencil was a funny touch, they know they being photographed.
Thanks Tom, occasionally a modeller will ask for high res shots to get some of the minor details needed.
Mach loop thanks 4 that l fought it was down south wales stunning videos especially off the f35
Many thanks 👍
Wow, thrilling... headphones on! Thanks Dafydd for these amazing captures.
Happy you like them paul.
Appreciated 😎👍
My parents live in scotland and when i went to visit them a few years back i saw a jet flying past... I absolutely loved it...
I went cycling in the scottish mountains back in the 70's, absolutely *loved* seeing the Canberras and Phantoms swooping down the valleys
Everytime my grandma would hear these guys fly over her house she would say " GO GET EM BOYS!".
She worked at Brookley field in Mobile Alabama.
She told me a story one time of how the jack wouldn't work as they were putting an engine in one of the aircraft, don't remember what kind, but she had them put it on her back and she lifted it into place.
I MISS HER😢
That's just pure BADASS right there!!
Speak the Kings English, we are British!!!
First saw a F15 Eagle at Elmendorf AK USA when it replaced the F4's in 1981 what a beautiful plane ..I believe they have all F22's now..
Absolutely stunning shots, great job! Thank you 👏
Thank you
Appreciated.
Every time I see one of your videos I find myself wishing I had your job! Thanks for all the amazing footage it is as always breathtaking!
Thanks Lee, much appreciated.
Some great photography, the detail is stunning. Thanks for sharing it with us.
Thank you Richard, appreciate you watching.
My wife and I were one valley over in Tal-Y-Lyn and saw these on the day. We also had the pleasure of watching the Fat Albert fly up the valley too. Thanks for great video.
Thanks for watching and hope you enjoyed the scenery around tal y llyn. 🏴👍
Sound of freedom. Love it. Hope to visit this place someday.
Incredible footage & pin sharp images. Thank you, this was awesome to watch ❤️
Thanks Beverly, appreciate you taking the time to watch it
Beautiful work again, Dafydd! The shots of the photographers gave it an extra twist. Thanks for sharing
Many thanks.
Appreciate you watching
Wow..thank you for these images
You're welcome 😊
Back in 2002, I worked as a fire watcher in a tower, on a clifftop, on Mt Pickapene in NE NSW Australia. I used to love watching the F111's and Caribou as they did their loops around the mountains. I could look down into the cockpit on the F111's and wave to the airmen. The Caribou's would do touch and go practice from a strip that was behind a low ridge and would appear to suddenly pop up from the grass on the ridge. 😁
Sounds like Great times ✈️✈️
Thanks for watching.
Amazing photography, thanks. Some awesome footage there, it`s sad to think that the C130`s are being retired, they have given so much Stirling service, they will be sadly missed 👍👍
Thanks Stephen, will certainly miss them when they go
Just magnificent! 🙌🥰
Thank you! Cheers!
Idk why I become so happy watching this.
Loving the vapour trails. Awesome captures as usual guys. I need to get up there and feel the noise
Thanks Tony, amazing to think the F15 was in development when the Mk1 cortina was new. Both look great today! 🏁✈️👍
WOW what an awesome video! Also love it you inserted some of the photo's made. The rattling sound of the camera's is actually more terrifying then the low passes :D
The F15's are one of the best looking fighters ever. Also incredible to see the big cargo planes do the same passes low in the valley.
Thank you.
“DONT YOU JUST LOVE THAT SHOUT OF JOY AT THE END”…….bless him 😇 🤣🤣🤗
I cant thank you guys and gals that go above and bryond to bring us these wonderful videos and pictures. Thank you!
I always look forward to your uploads and photography, great stuff.
Thanks Victoria. Appreciated.
Thank you for posting another great video!
The Classics(+50 years old)(C-130, F-15) are still great designs!
The F-35 seems a little bit more impressive every time you guys post these videos!
Thank you jay. The F15 will never date in my eyes. ✈️👍
Nothing like mach terrain following. Awesome video and photos.
this has to be the most exciting and gratifying job on the planet. how could you not feel like a total badass getting paid to have that much fun???
My applause to the photographer 📸 and videographer!!! Super insane mega well done!!
Thank you.
Appreciated.
Those shots starting at around 3:40 are really cool....gives you a good sense of the speed they're zipping by at.
I totally agree with your comment. A nice change with other channels 👍
I'm lucky to live on the tri County border and work in West Norfolk and Suffolk, I get to see these beautiful planes a lot
I got goosebumps watching these amazing jets and I wasn't even there!
Happy you enjoyed it Cameron, it ca be a magical place when the planes turn up ✈️✈️👍
This is deadly serious flying. This is not a stunt for the cameras. This is terrain following at low altitude to avoid radar and ground sam missile attack. By the time, they fly past a battery, they have hopefully already gotten out of range of the missiles. Bravo to the camerawork. I love the video shots and that thumbnail picture is completely insane. Completely insane. Looks like you could reach out and clean the bottom of that jet flying by at 500 mph.
Thanks Phil 👍
that is some awesome camara work, skilled pilots skill on the video. Lots respect
I mean the planes were awesome. But the landscape in your part on the world in truly amazing. Greetings from Halifax Nova Scotia Canada. Thanks for sharing
