Are these the best shoes out on the market? I think they could be one of the best. I’m not sponsored by Specialized, so I bought these shoes when they came out. www.specialize...
@@brucehumphries6889 i bought these shoes and I’m not sure about the sizing. So I just replaced my Fizik Terra shoes with the same size from the Recon SLs. According to the manufacturers the sizing is quite similar, but I assume that the Recons are a bit tighter and I’ve pretty wide feet, so they are not so comfy right now. Do they stretch a bit after a while or should I go for a half size bigger right away? p.s.: why should we buy some new BOAs?
Did you went with the same size as your older Recon or did you need a different size? I’m looking to upgrade and also have the classic Recons.
Same size, but these do feel different. Go ahead and get some new Boas if you are looking to buy these shoes.

Would you recommend these if you have slightly wider feet?
@@UteKaritis Slightly wider, yes. You can go on Specialized Website and work thru their for protocol to get an idea.
these shoes have a wider toebox, do you feel a difference compared to the old type? the old type recon fits me well, because I have narrow feet.
I like these better, just more comfortable overall. I had the older version as well.
