Technically the carnitrix shouldn't exist because in ben 10 omniverse Maltruant stated in every universe asmuth is too smart to be evil or go mad.
That is true i think canibal(the author of carnitrix) Said somewhere that its not the true azmuth but another grey matter that took his place that why he is dumber im not sure tho
The creator of the carnotrix stated that the Azmuth who created the Carnitrix isn't as smart as other Azmuths, hence the Carnitrix transformations are so misshapen, and therefore doesn't contradict Maltrusnt since this Azmuth really is dumber than most of his counterparts.

Nope. The Omnitrix transforms the user relative to their age. So since Ben is 16, he would turn into a "16 year old" or something relative to that age, Alien X, who at the point would already have developed personalities. And Azmuth most likely couldn't do anything about the personalities since they're apart of X's DNA and that Belicus and Serena wouldn't allow that.

Question, could the Omnitrix scan the Tardis from Doctor Who?
I mean, considering it is a sentiment machine and the Omnitrix has scanned machine like aliens for instance Clockwork, Atomix and did manage to scan those alien chips to create Nanomech. As well as for the fact that the tardis is considered to be grown, like a plant not built so that has to count for something. And the Omnitrix has been stated by the creator that it has Naljian DNA and we already know about Alien X. But still could it scan it.
The machine would need to have DNA for Ben to be able to scan & transform into it.
I feel like aliens like Clockwork and Atomix may be similar to NRG where they have a suit like NRG perhaps (in order to stabilize maybe).
But the thing is, there is the nanomech situation, so I feel like it might be able to be scanned (although it'll probably end up being something like nanomech where some of Ben's human DNA is mixed into it)

I don’t know much about Ben 10 or the carnitrix but from the little I know I think it would be a hard fight because I think the carnitrix has full access to alien x and doubt the alien x dudes would deny Ben 10 access to alien x in this situation. So it all just comes down to alien x vs alien x.

Even the prototype omnitrix would solo the carnitrix(except for alien X) and thats because unlike the omnitrix, carnitrix does not transform into the pincle of the especies, they make a wild beast version instead so every alien on the omnitrix is superior, while carnitrix is mostly like a what if ben had an nemetrix, since he would not have controll of non inteligent aliens(thats the reason Azmuth is very selective on his aliens intelect btw), but in this case a nemetrix ben would still be superior lmao, because the predators would not be deformed and weaker
