It’s probably also thanks to the deformities the carnitrix aliens have. The Omnitrix turn Ben prime into the peak form of the species. The carnitrix doesn’t do that.
More importantly, Prime Ben is older His transformations are relative to Ben's age to a natural human lifespan so his aliens are closer to their prime age than kid Ben Also the Omnitrix turns Ben into the apex of that species, while the carnitrix doesn't Overall pretty one-sided battle
Honestly, this makes more sense than what happened in the actual story when so many other bands from other universes came together to try to feed him because in the canon of this story, the aliens are weaker

Tbh I can see why one Ben with enough experience can outplay Carnitrix Ben I mean for starters if this is based around 5YL Ben he's had years of time to use the Omnitrix as well as any transformation Ben would use would physically be stronger and faster due to older age as well as if Ben had more time to figure out Alien X and best way to use him he can make himself immune to reality changes and alter reality enough to remove the Carnitrix and fix the solution.
I don't understand this, why Alien X(carnitrix) wasn't able to hurt the other one? I know he's not that strong (I don't know exactly the reason) but, still needed to at least hurt by him. But it was a great video so I'm not complaining.
