Yeah Ben 10k reboot wouldn’t stand a chance I can’t believe they made him a bum in my opinion I was disappointed I’ve seen other Ben 10,000s that special just sucked anyways I only liked that Ben 10 reboot did add more classic aspects like they did with goop and the incursaens in the Ben 10 reboot versus the universe movie ghost freak wild mutt. They added generator rex too and that special was great but yeah the Gwen’s from alien force and ultimate alien and omniverse Gwen seems the most experienced out of all there I’m talking present time not future I would think future versions of Gwen would have much more power and ability
I’m currently in the midst of making my own omnitrix (dubbed the Hypertrix) which supercharges (or I guess hypercharges?) scanned aliens to the point of surpassing the peak of their race. The first Hypertrix alien (Jinferoku, the Hypertrix pyronite) is comprised of an unknown and highly durable stone from Pyros and blue flames. So definitely more than enough to take on carnietrix heatblast. As for alien X, the Hypertrix has a Celestialsapien in it, dubbed Omnideus. And not only does hyper Ben (Ben in the Hypertrix verse) have a Celestialsapien, he has full control over Omnideus. If the Carnietrix has Gravattack, the Hypertrix has its own Galilean in Orbitorque.
Carnitrix's alien x is weakend since Azmuth fused his dna with the Celestialsapien dna so Bellicus and Serena aren't a part of the transformation and that's why carnitrix alien x lost to Atomic-X canonically so most of your takes are right

I didnt like tge calling an army to stop carnitrix ben part of that story its an over kill Basically the carnitrix aliens aren't that smart or strong bcz they are just monsters so prime ben alone can beat him let alone the older bens Also ultimate albedo couldbeat him without issues i think Canon villgax could win too but thats if he finished him off quickly bcz of alien x
