- My visit to Japan was filled with a lot of retro shopping but not only. I bought so many cool items: Nintendo consoles, handhelds that I'm missing from my collection, rare games, weird game accessories and so many more.

I bought the same game boy color (same color) last week in Japan. I got mine for 11k yen. 6k is a steal!
That’s still decent though. For me, living in Romania and not having any stores where to check for consoles, the price is good. Where did you get it from?
@@TheTechUnravel I got it from a Book Off near Tsurumi station. What I've noticed is that shops near Tokyo and other tourist spots are pricey. Book Offs and Hard Offs in the areas not frequented by foreigners are cheaper.
@@kuyanglonghair5641 That's definitely the case. Even though I couldn't go too outside the big cities, I did go to some stores a bit further from the city centers and prices were clearly cheaper

Which shop did you buy your Pokemon Green from?
It was in one of the Hardoffs but as I said in the video, in the end it was pretty expensive than in other stores. I believe Surugaya had it for cheaper

@@harpersdad9829 No problem. If you are planing on going to multiple stores, then you shouldn’t have problems finding one. This was 4000 yen but also found it for 2500 and 6000 in other stores

@@harpersdad9829 Hope you find some cool stuff, man. I made a video about the stores I recommend going to in Akihabara so have a look on that one. Also the Surugaya in Osaka had a pretty good stock. I still regret not getting a Game Boy Light from that one
