So later on... Yes, there is a Japanese guy on YT that even did some tips to make real runs and even ALMOST did WR with Maxim on real console. Most of this glitches can be made on real console.

Yes, and have them placed in the room, also have all the dracula parts and have Both Juste and Maxim Bracelets when fighting maxim
