Extremely beautiful road to drive, possible just with a solid AWD car. Would love to do it once, drove some similar roads in Iceland. Also 2 high passes on the way, a pleasure to watch the whole video and immerse in the wonderful nature, with almost no other people on the road. Thanks a lot for sharing, greetings from a road-tripper from Germany!
I'd be careful with an AWD, it is generally mostly doable but the point where I dunk the camera (at 1:54:00) is probably not suitable and needs a proper 4x4. Only a very short section, but advisable.
Hi thanks for sharing, loved this drive and that you played it in real time, not time laps, so great to see the back roads and not the highways and as we could never take a rental over this road, without you sharing, we never would have seen some amazing country, thanks again, Happy Aussie.
Are all your videos done in a Toyota Landcruiser? It would be great to allow some parts of your vehicles into the image, that helps perspective and give more context. Happy driving. 💜💜
Did that road a number of times back in the day. I don't know what you were driving, but I assume it was a 4WD diesel. We did it in a Landcruiser. Good video!
Yep, saw the dunking. I think there was a track around that "pond" the last time I did that trip. Wasn't driving on that one, it was my sister. So I wasn't takmg that much notice. The last time I drove the road, that ford wasn't terribly deep. Our LC had a high air intake, so it wasn't that much of a problem anyway. What did you think about the road?
Before you make such a stupid statement consider where the camera is mounted. Perhaps it isn't in the centre of the vehicle and sits on the right of the vehicle?
