What glue did you use for the home button bracket? Cheers

I use just a drop of super glue. Just make sure you get the bracket in the right place so the button clicks properly and don't use too much as it will leak into the home button itself and make things go badly! I actually do a test fit first to make sure I know exactly where the bracket needs to sit so the button clicks before I use any glue!

i got the lcd unscrewwed then the screws on panel protecting the cables wont come out, what can i do?

Are they stripped? You might want to try a different screwdriver bit or worse case scenario you can use a small drill bit to drill the heads of the screws off and then replace the screws. If you do that make sure your battery is disconnected and either vacuum or compressed air the metal fragments out before you plug the battery back in.
