Puff pastry 600-700g.
For filling:
Curd cheese 200g.
Granular cottage cheese 250g.
Feta cheese 100g.
Red salted fish 150g.
Green onion 2-3 feathers
Basil 10 leaves
Oregano 2 pinches
Salt, pepper to taste
Egg for brushing 1 pc.
To frost the cake:
Olive oil 2 tbsp.
Garlic 2 cloves
Oregano 2 pinches
Olives for decoration
Green onions 2 handfuls
