hey man, great video but how is your game so smooth ? i have ryzen 3 2200g radeon vega 8 and 8gb ram i think thats enough for gta 4 i can even run gta 5 but gta 4 has so much frame drops and stutters. Can you tell me how did you improve the performance of the game ?

Nice video, most likely your theory of an homeless guy is correct, in case of the ghost inside the trains, I have a feeling it was players thinking the graffiti with the movement of the train made them think there was a person inside, sometimes I though there was someone inside the train but noticed I was just seeing the graffiti behind the train.

Whilst I dont think I found the Ghost I was exploring this area and managed to find a random female pedestrian (not part of the homeless npcs) just standing beside the wall. This was obviously a spawning bug but what made it weird was she didn't react to anything I did. From aiming at her to walking up to her she did nothing. It was weird but I chalked it up to just an error with the game. But who knows what I witnessed may aswell have sparked the ratman and this myth.

The fact that you can find a real ghost in gta 5 on top of the mountain and then in red dead 2 makes me believe games before gta 5 dosent have ghosts and all the myths either are just made up or players having an illusion or bugs and glitches contributing to it….why cuz the first ufo we can see really would be in gta 5 then in red dead 2 which made me thinking what else rockstar will bring back as real in gta 6

Yes, I didn’t directly go on the subway, but more of an Amtrak station that went under NYC. The train moves at 125 mph and I heard thumps on the window.

This is one of the very few myths I've actually seen myself back on the PS3 when I was like 15. I was in the south tunnel leading to the track underneath the Algonquin bridge, walking towards the bridge when I saw a shadow figure with what looked like a really tall hat just kinda float across the tunnel and disappear into the wall. I couldn't believe it. Never saw Ratman but I saw that motherfucker.
