your joking right? The falcon 9 has been rapidly reusable for over 8 years now. Not one company in the world is able to reuse a booster. With starship, they have launched the largest man made object to orbit, something that is twice as powerful as the Saturn V. And Just because this mission wasn't 100% complete doesn't mean there weren't massive accomplishments made.@@adamc5057

My first memory was watching the first moon landing at 5 years of age and I get just as excited watching SpaceX getting closer and closer to moon and mars missions. I believe the best chance for the human race to survive into the future is to be a multi planet and space bound species because the Earth is more fragile than we think. One big astroid, one stupid finger on a nuclear trigger, a solar or space burst, or even the Earth having a major hiccup is all it takes to cripple or end the Earthlings. Keep going strong SpaceX!

Everyone with an ounce of understanding realizes that Mars is still a long way off. There have been 3 test flights, and there will be several more. At present they are just trying to work out the kinks of getting both the booster and the upper stage back to earth in one piece so that they can be reused and hugely bring down the cost of each launch. Each test launch has been successively better than the previous one. If they get to a point where they quit improving things with each test launch, then you can start to talk about failure.
