Hi there I must try your recipes, you make it look easy. There is also "Astro Balkan style yogurt" here in Montreal supermarkets, really good also. Great recipes, thank you.
So I'm going to make your Chicken Souvlakis this weekend. I have seen most recipes have lemon juice in the tzatziki sauce. Is there a reason you don't include it in yours and if I use lemon juice with the vinegar, will it mess up the taste? Thanks
So far this is your closest approach to a Greek recipe. You did very well, just usually not oregano...only some "weird people" do it in Greece and for sure no pepper. Well done for the rest though.
Turkish food surpasses greek food by a thousand mile. I am NOT Turkish. But ALLLLLLLL people say TURKISH cuisine surpasses even french and italian. I went to Turkey, france, italy and visited most of Europe. Turkish food without a shadow of doubt tops the list ...
Thanks for your comment. I do agree and yes we always put a twist in every meal we make, few years back i was shock when i found out that Croissant originally Turkish. Stay Safe🙂👍
