My new 6 bushel zero turn turn bagger for my Husqvarna 42" zero turn is working great!.
#husqvarna #zeroturnbagger #zero turn
THIS WAS PURCHASED THROUGH LOWE'S HOME IMPROVEMENT. THE TITLE OF THEIR DESCRIPTION STATED 9 BUSHEL.
IT'S A 6 BUSHEL.
I contacted Lowe's for clarification and the rep also stated that it looked like a 6 bushel. She has forwarded my complaint to to their tech department for correction.

I just got my new Z242E 2 weeks ago down here in New Zealand. I got the mulching kit for mine because if you don't bag it , you don't have anything to get rid of when you are finished mowing. Cheers.
Very nice!.
Couldn’t agree more with regard to the 3M headphones. I wish I bought them years ago.
I plan to always bag so I removed the discharge chute altogether and stored it. The retainer ring on the spring pin pops off with a flat tipped screwdriver and can be reused in the future if careful.
Buy the mulching kit for the Fabricated deck, and you will get rid of the bagging system.
Good idea, I have a lot of grass to get rid of
What size blots goes where?
Hey, I am from Hungary and just planning to buy this mower and I am a bit worried about adding this bagger later on. The dealer says if there is any moisture on the grass (eg: when you see the front wheels get a little bit wet) it will clog up the bagger pipe. What is your experience about this? Thanks!
It can handle light moisture. If the grass is wet from rain, you have to wait till it dries. The main concern is if you let the grass grow too high. It clogs the pipes up really fast.
That's my main issue. I have to make sure the grass isn't too high. So I mow twice a week
@@TroysHobbies thanks a lot!
We just put ours on today. My husband didn't add the brackets. Like Kenneth said the instructions for the brackets do suck. How do they attach to the body of the mower? Hope you can answer soon. Thank you
Don't use it without the brackets. You will need the support. You might bend something. Go to 04:09 for the brackets. You have the brackets and supplied brass colored spacers.
If you still need assistance, By 10 am pacific time tomorrow and I'll do a close up of the brackets and post it. This video was never meant to be a step by step how to video. But I can disassemble it all and start again if it would help you.
@@TroysHobbies If you could just tell me if there is an existing hole or you had to drill one that would help. Thanks PIctures would be coo.

What is the part number for the bagger kit?
It's in the link for Lowe's down in the description
Is it good for picking up leaves
I don't have tree's, so I'm not sure.
Curious why you wouldn’t use the same mower on the bank??
The front wheels are free wheeling. It's easy to loose control of the steering on angles. It is recommended for angles less than 15°. I've almost tipped this twice.
my husqvarma is 61" working this ???????
This is for the 42" bagger. You would to need search for your model mower
good video
Thank you
Hey I have a Z254F with the clear cut deck. I’m having a hard time finding the exact model bagger I need. Hmmm
@@MegaRich1981 Your not the only one that's asked me that. I don't know if this one will fit yours. Have you tried contacting an Husky dealer?
@@TroysHobbies I have not but I will. Just browsing the intranets and dead ends. Anyways, nice vid and cheers.
You're right, the instructions to assemble the bracket suck. However, you jumped from picking up the bracket to having it already bolted on, which was what I was hoping to learn when I came here. Because it isn't obvious. Sorry.
I agree this was the least helpful video I have ever seen.
How is it holding up?
Nothing negative to report.
That’s good to hear. I’m going to be picking one up. Thanks for the video!
@@Cant-be-beat_21 Did you see this video I made?. ruclips.net/video/agf5F8wkGqg/видео.htmlsi=ngXvndy4mN84KT5h
dude looks like frank from American pickers
This is a 6 bushel bagger.
You are correct. I forgot to correct the title.
I had already contacted Lowe's. Their advertisement still states 9 bushel but the specs state 6 bushel. She wasn't even sure if they were counting the space above the bags as bushels.
Please note, I have never owned a bagger so I had no clue at the time of the unboxing video. So please forgive my little error. I'm human. Haha.
Lowe's promises to correct the website error in the next few days.
I was hoping that they would give me a discount, nope!. Haha.
Have a great day.
@@TroysHobbies I noticed that also after watching your vid. Lowes has alot of things messed up when it comes to husqvarna baggers. Not impressed with their accuracy and customer service. I bought a z248f this year from lowes in alaska and they didnt sell the bagger. Nor could they ship a bagger up to AK. They had all the baggers for tractors but not zero turns. Made no sense to not be able to ship up a bagger for zeroturn. Had to ship one up on my own via connex on a container ship.
Buy the mulching kit (F) and get rid of that bagging system.
Video was not helpful. The instructions were confusing and your directions were no better. I wish you would have shown how to assemble, not just the finished product.
This was never an instructional video. Just a vlog. I messaged Husqvarna right after this video about their instruction and or maybe they could make a instructional video for each of their products. They never replied.
