Plots and builder floors are being constructed there. Can investing in the middle-sized pocket there also lead to good appreciation?

Sir, we have a 1650 sq ft 3 BHK +study + servant second floor in Emaar premier floors in sector 65 right across the world mark mall. We purchased it 2014 for 1crore 5 lacs. Presently it is for 2.80 crores. We have rented it out. Pls advice is it worth it to hold on and will prices go up further. Pls reply thanks
Premium builder floors with gated community and other features of club, gym, restaurant, in-house shops and swimming pool are good. Emaar premier floors is a better option in sector 65

Builder floor is the worst financial decision very true
