Loved the coverage. Just as you spoke in detail about Palm drive and Vatika can you please also advise your valuable thoughts on North Close/South close. Is this good construction wise. It is good old Unitech project so not sure (for eg like fresco is in shambles). Thinking of Going for some 2500sq ft flat in Close! Thanks!
you should visit south and noth close , people living there r v happy even though everything is old contruction , palm drive to me personaly seems horrible
@@rhaxy thanks Rahul. Actually we visited and from outside it looked fine as recently painted. So couldn’t gauge the real quality of construction. Brokers say that it is good as it was made when unitech was in good financial condition. So was hoping to hear from someone living there and experiencing first hand. Do you live there? Thanks.
As a personal opinion both close are occupied by old timer people , its bfuly maintained (by rwa ?? )construction seems fine enough to withhold the test of time . basicaly nirvana south city 2 and both the closes are of the same era( best to my knowledge ) and old RWA's seem to be maintaining it quite well . eMMAR PALM DRIVE IS NOT FULLY OCCUPIED (LAst i checked) . I do not like their floor plan and even their maintenance , outer shell etc... when u visit u shd talk to owners and they will be the best guide .further down the road u cn consider M3M merlin and BESTEC properties also which are quite well maintained and quiet spacious too . But to add to it even emaar palm dirve is not bad construction ..... on the contrary i find araia and presedia to be low construction quality and v bad floor plan wise and not worth the high rates

He was quicker to respond that if I needed to reinvest my capital, I should come to your organisation. I wish you would make this clear in your videos that you only do leasing for your existing clients. Disappointed. Appreciate your informative videos though.
AIPL put the Joystreet on leasing at throwaway price, not a single investor is happy here on their investment such a low ROI in this project, see the actual jalwa of sapphire 83.
Sky city commercial will not do well as we have 1 bhk 2 bhk sky city people having easy access to this mall M3M comercial projects in thsi area are not that sucessful not even urbana
