This is a show home I bet the one you buy is empty except for the pool that’s the way Thailand builds Here is your empty house now go spend more money , My home is in siracha it was completely empty except for the 3 full furnished bathroom’s I hope this is fully furnished.

I've owned 3 homes here in the US, all in different states. I've never expected any of them to be furnished.

Some developers sell furnished, some offer an (optional) furniture package, some are unfurnished. Everything is quite flexible, if you’re a serious buyer things can be negotiated. I’m sure developers are making a very good profit margin, but that’s business and people are buying them so if they can ask premium prices then they will.
