Agnipath only have cons not any pros. Govt came up with this scheme coz of his own benefit and some high defence officers signed this scheme because they thought they would became CDS 😂
Why you guys only Target our high officers who look after our welfare as th culprit's.

Yes,I think so too.When the scheme was approved India had no acting cds.
I ran for more than 2 year for army raily bharti and also wrote airmen exam which i think i could have qualified if the results were anounced. But they kept posponing the reqruitment process and leter on anounced proudly that we are shattering your dreams. But i didnt give up and moved towards officer entries. Qualified afcat exam with self study in 1st attampt cds in 2nd attampt but got screenedout 4 times consecutively( because i was only 1 who came from sarkari school of a small haryanvi village and got nervous when i saw everyone was convent educated and speaking flawless english). I can not afford coachings and tring my best. In my last ssb attampt i controled my nervousness and hasitations and spoke yet i got screenedout. But i am not stopping here, i will still fight untill i make it to the armed forces. And i am sure that if the rally reqruitments were not stopped i would have been serving in the army by this time. Because the mamoth task for joining through rally bharti was 1600 meter running. And i limited my running time below 5 minuts for 1600 meter run by the time they anounced agnipath. Only i know how i servived that time😊😊.

Sir u r really a true patriot. I never thought that u can provide guidance to someone without any fees , in this era how can one be so humble were everything what matters is money .
Same with my brother also and one of my friends even got married because the only thing which was remaining for him was just his call letter of airforce he had cleared everything but before his call letter they announced an agnipath scheme

Respected Sir can you please highlight on the serious drawbacks of this scheme on the structure and organization of the armed forces.
1. In our ex army chief Gen. MM Narvane he mentioned that the original idea was to retain 75% & rest 25% will be relieved & their pay will be as per old soldiers
But Gov. Didn't followed it they want to give 10k-20k to each soldier but Gen. instead them to pay 30k which they agree but will retain only 25%.
2. Know his book is also under scrutiny of MOD & Gov.
3. See video on Agneepath scheme by Gunner Shot where Lt. Gen PR Shankar mentioned that in 30-40 yr no. Of Agneeveer will be higher than old soldiers which will degrade our experience because young soldiers also need guidance by NCO's & JCO's.
Government don't want to spend & that's the only fact if not then since 1999 kagil 24 yr we still use INSAS shit weapon what about of the shelf procurement process of AK 203 that to in limited numbers.
Defence Minister should stop taking pension first to set an example also he has crores of property and a he himself is a crore pati.

If we think it in postive pov there are soldiers who wanted to serve after 4 years will work hard to get permanent. So those are the soldiers army is looking for.
Then, for injury or death, soldiers are also insured.

I am a patriot but I also have to look after my family.
As per the prior recruitment scheme I would have improved my family condition but not now.

Sir for ssb preparation what should i have to do because once i have given it and got screened out , i belongs to rural background so to looking their situation at the the time of group discussion i got blanked , so just because of these reasons i can't be officer?? I belongs to engineering background, and completed it with scholarship and now i will be shortlisted for ssc tech63 so sir can you be the medium to me to reach the goal ????

exam for my 3rd attempt I couldn't clear written in my previous 2 attempts. I am having my ssb in 33 SSB Bhopal for Navy BTech entry .
Sir currently I am pursuing diploma in mechanical engineering on regular basis and simultaneously pursuing my bachelor's in open basis ,so that I can be eligible for CDS afcat but sir I am confused what to tell the IO .

I think if i speaka againsts, i will be out, as serving officers go with the ruling govt. Same ssb demands who follow instructions
