I don’t complain about Volaris..... as long as it gets my from point A to point B alive and well.
I have flown on Volaris many times and I have had a great experience with them. Volaris has provided a great customer service and you got to remember that Volaris is a low cost airline.
Yes I understand, I used to prefer Volairs, I liked their product. But since they completely changed their product, I slowly began disliking them.

Honestly Volaris isn’t bad at all. You get what you pay for. I have flown many times with them and it has never been this chaotic like in this video. Everything is always organized, and the staff are very friendly. All my experiences have been nice so maybe it’s just you.

Edit: don’t fly volaris. We were on the plane for an hour and had to deplane. It was hot in the plane

No WiFi, no leg room, I couldn’t even sleep when I was flying to Querétaro, lol. The whole plane ride was uncomfortable, thank god it was over.
By the prices volaris has, you shouldn't be complaining

Rishav Jain Would not recommend Spirit at all. Even though they have a good safety record and have gone with newer planes, the flight attendants have been rude and yes, the seat pitch is horrible plus they’re slim, don’t recline, and have a tiny metal tray on the back of the seat. It’s tolerable if the flight is less than 2 hours.
@@Cerby1979 That's crazy. I paid 89 dollars from Tijuana to Morelia Michoacán Mexico. The flight was around 3 hrs, but it had leather seats.
LGNEWS If you’re referring to Volaris, I only know that it’s a ULCC like Spirit with the same seat pitch. Possible that not all of the fleet has the slimline seating so you might’ve gotten on a plane that hadn’t replaced the seats.

Mi familia y yo volamos de Seattle a GDL viaje redondo sin hacer escala por solo 955 dls por 5 integrantes que somos en mi familia 2 adultos dos niños y una infante, esperaba el peor vuelo por lo barato que nos resultaron los boletos y la verdad para mi y mi familia fue una buena experiencia con todo, las sobrecargos y capitanes muy amables, buen servicio, me quedsron ganas de volver a volar con ellos.

Why are people hating on volaris there's really no reason to hate there's never been a crash with volaris but they aren't the most confertable but I would rather have safety than comfort but I did loose around 400 dollars worth of stuff in my bag going downstairs of the plane so I'm hoping I just left them home and did not get stolen
Volaris isn’t a bad Airline, flew from Tijuana to Tepic, and honestly, it’s not that bad. And Volaris has a safety record for avoiding crashes. Experience of the flight wasn’t all that bad. And always being assigned to a window seat was better. I also did sit on seats the didn’t have a window. But it still has legroom. And it’s prices are not that bad. Perfect budget plane ride honestly :) So you can stop complaining about its prices and other stuff.

Eso es verdad. Y sí, volaba el Sukhoi a Dallas, tuve la oportunidad en noviembre de poder estar abordo. Ahora ya usan el A320.

Volaris now has a prerecorded audio safety briefing that is also played on all American Oasis 737 aircraft.
I would be traveling for my very first time ever and will be taking Volaris from Tijuana so this video is very useful, good job!

You should go on American airlines to Mazatlan from Sacramento CA and real chaos is on spirit
Wheel chalks were not placed to prevent aircraft movements. I noticed immediately.
I flew volaris from Guadalajara to DFW ,
We had a 3 hour delay they didn't have a plane for us. So they had a plane flown that was coming from Chicago soon as it landed they threw us all in.
After 31/2 hours we finally took off
Landed in dfw the pilot not once said a word.
Never again
Still charged us for our drinks smh lol

I took a red eye flight about a year ago with Volaris, although I enjoy the airline, that time was just a bad experience, that same day I was leaving on my trip, I caught the beginning stages of a cold. Just try getting on a flight at 1 in the morning and getting sick at the same time. I wanted to die... On a brighter note, nice video ;)

Hola buenas noches, se ve que no viajas mucho o al menos no sabes de aviones. Volaris es una aerolinea de "bajo costo" por lo que la configuración de la cabina no esperes que sea igual de grande y espaciosa que una aerolinea regular o en clase ejecutiva. Segundo, Volaris nunca ha tenido IFE en sus aviones, quizá otras aerolineas de bajo costo si, pero mejor te invito a que viajes más o investigues más de una aerolinea antes de hacer una reseña así, y no trabajo en Volaris, pero si subes un video haciendo un trip report, lo que menos espera la gente es información veraz.

Don't know much about volaris even though they currently fly to 3 cities in Mexico from here in Fresno and are starting service to Mexico City next month. May end up flying them sometime to finally check out Mexico

It takes long to get on the plane but they treat you nicely and it is very safe!
So Volaris has adopted the ULCC model that Spirit and Frontier Airlines use which leads to lower fares and no frills.
its basically like riding spirit. If you guys ever rode on spirit, you gonna get near the same experience.
I don't see what's wrong with Volaris that's the only airline I ever take to go from Chicago Midway to Zacatecas. It's a 4 hour fucking flight too a little less. I can care less about comfort on a short plane ride. If I'm going to Europe or Asia that's where I'll try to get first class . But seriously i hate when people complain about a short plane ride. So stupid.
I am very sorry to not have met your expectations, its really just a personal opinion I have against Volaris. I fly them almost monthly due to convenience, I'll be re uploading this review at a future date to reflect a change in my opinion with volaris vs it's true purpose.

Nope there small my cousin had to buy 2 seats 😂 I'm being serious MAKE SURE WHEN U BUY TICKETS PAY THE EXTRA $25 and pick you're seat where there's more space
just took a trip on one of these and my brother had a very uncomfortable ride because he is tall and the leg room is small lol they crammed a shitload of seats in the plane to make more money I guess lol.atleast we didn't pay to much to fly with them .it was the cheapest tickets we could find.

Interjet has a lot of legroom u can even spread out your legs a lot.Volaris is still so good I like the airline.

Adriana Carmona you can Adriana I just finished a flight with them carry ins no problem ..one thing they don't offer is free snacks or drinks you have to pay so if your on a long flight buy your snacks before you board..

Why don't low-cost carriers have IFEs? How much money does it cost to maintain a screen? Also, in a situation where an airline forgets to cater their aircraft, the correct response is to bitch to their customer service. I did that with Spirit Airlines when their delayed flight caused me to miss my ride home from the airport, requiring me to spend the night in the airport, and they gave me vouchers worth $100

I am from mexico, the reason I use english is due to it being the most spoken language, and can easily be recognized by many. I was thinking, and maybe for some videos I will release a spanish version, more on that soon!
Volaris es una buena aerolínea el único problema que tiene es que algunos trabajadores (as) a la hora de documentar son bien culeros no todos pero algunos ( la mayoría ) tal parase que andan todos amargados se molestan si les preguntas algo cuando está lo que yo entiendo para ese les pagan para tratar bien a las personas.
