Thanks Reid, I always get nervous shipping stuff out like this putting so much work into the paint, but hopefully he gets it today or tomorrow safely. Hope you are well sir
?Why you want to mess around with concrete? Great video, great promotion. Definitely badass, ain't no braggin here. You backed it up and put it outa the park. Great looking sign. Great editing too.
That is an excellent technique you used to align the two layers! What kind of tape is that? I have a sign someone made for me 25 years ago and the layers are held together with some kind of double-stick tape. That stuff works!
Yes sir. It's 3M VHB stuff, and I used several pieces all throughout out the sign, but I didn't show sticking each one. It will take a crow bar to pry it apart
Yes sir, if you pay the shipping I would definitely do that. I can make it this week and keep you posted on the progress. email me at gary@ramseycustoms.com if your interested
That looks really good. I have a table and could cut the signs all day long. .But the painting part......not so much. I see that and want a paint booth, only problem I can't paint! ! not like that anyway.
You can learn to paint like that just like you learned how to use your plasma table. Just a little bit of practice and some time with the gun, it's really not that hard. I pretty much suck at everything I do, and am a very slow learner, so if I can do the, anyone can!
No wet sand or buffing, I lay the pieces out flat, use a level to get it perfectly level, and I fog the clear on super thick, so it lays out like glass.
Hey Derek, sorry, I am not making them anymore. I may still make a few signs per year, but very limited, no plans right now to make any time soon. thanks for checking it out
