      Its a fine balancing act 🤓 Actually more stable than the only other larger pots we have.

    Anyone made this type of cheese? Seems very dry (curds) so could be quite crumbly - which could be good....

      I have pretty much stuck to fresh cheeses

      @@madrabbitwoman I did too for a long while (mostly paneer) and will continue to do so but really wanted to try making hard and blue cheese as I'm a real Wallace 🧀
