The #1HBCU mascot Venom Florida A&M University. 🐍🧡💚 hands down. 💯. I enjoy the game.
I really felt the rush of the FAMU band. They had a time constraint. I don't believe the sponsors are giving the bands the time they need to really put on the shows they used to. Back in the day FAMU would take up the whole 20 minutes and then Cookman and both bands would really entertain. I marched for Cookman and Classic 2002 we had an extended show and nobody cared about the time. Now they have to be on and right off.

Jiared Crowd no it’s not it’s because the games televised by ESPN which put a 20 minute time limit on the halftime show and only allowing the bands to play stand tunes in between plays, the band isn’t allowed to play while a play in going on because the “offense won’t be able to hear the play” ESPN doesn’t care care about the band or halftime show that’s why they don’t televise the halftime show

The 100 really had the better sound overall this weekend... Bcu did fine but FAMU really flexed their musicianship this year
Although I have to give BCU The halftime show this year, FAMU had a better concert selection piece. For some reason, BCU concert piece was in a weird key. Both bands did an amazing job.

Im a marching wildcat and l said the same thing about the key...Famu the same they dont trust the trumpets to play in that upper range like they used to

This game was much better than the last few years, yes we all agree we wish the halftime show was longer, One of the the things that use to happen in the 90s, early 2000s both bands would battle in the stands, this game I love when BCU was playing the butt and then FAMU interrupted playing it back at them, it brought back that old feeling. Overall good jobs RATTLERS and WILDCATS let’s get this classic back to how it use it to be. I rather untelevised, give us our old halftime shows back.

That show was sloppy the marching was all over the place and the lime wasnt even str8 for the words cmon.. the sound was out but BCU marching is clean

I just left the Florida Classic, FAMU tried, but the vibe in the building was all BCU. Something is missing from FAMU, that neither band size, nor rattling can hide.

FAMU wins simply because they did more than block band formation, but BCU's ending was classic 🖕🏾✌🏾😂😂
My brother is in the band. I couldn't make it to the game but he was telling me how disappointed he was in the performance and feels like he could have done so much better. I feel he shouldn't put all the blame on himself this is a band! everyone has a part in it.

at this point, i cant blame the students. students are executing the show exactly as designed. i now question the creativity of the 100 and band staff. also. get some damn capes. yall look stiff without them

Is it just me or I feel that the Halftime Show was short and the band was rushed. and I feel that they missing people
Some of these arrangements are to weird for marching especially when executing formations they don't sound clean because of how many of the band are actually turning constantly and not facing the crowd but damn if this band isn't starting to really come back after getting shut down. Sound is getting there.

I feel like these comments are a bunch of cookman fans, yes the show could have been cleaner but Famu sounded better (as always) and even with some sloppy parts it was a lot better and entertaining show than the every year very predictable BCU show( march in from end zone, drum major entrance, bcu formation, (make 4 diamonds) drill, 14k popping ass feature, off key concert formation, and robotic dance routine). No hate, I love bcu as one of the few Florida representatives against out of state HBCU bands but these comments are wild and seem far fetched because the “100” is and will always be the most entertaining and best sounding band on the planet.
Complete joke... FAMU sounds like they need a tune up in instruments. The precision on there formation was terrible and you can’t say the same for cookman. My mom is an alum of cookman my father is an alum of fam but even my father says fams band is going down and it has ever since they got in trouble years back... face it cookman won this year both football and band.
FAM sounds 🥴🥴 just admit it. Everyone else has.

This was not a good show! Something is missing and sorry to say every since the “incident” this band has been off. Famu has a presence a swag that is no longer there. IMO both shows were blah but I’ll give the edge to BCU

FAM had a much cleaner sound. BCU was good, but the sound was off. I'd rather listen to a soid, on key band, rather than watching a clever formation.
