"Love and Affection" on the original B said is another Steve 'The Riffmaster' iconic songs. 90% of this bands entire back catalogue pre 'Adrenalize' is due to one man in Steve - and 'Mutt'.
Hey DJ, this album has a lot of beats that were meant to be a DL type of sound...so the tracks are all overlappable and you can mix them on each other. it would be nice to hear the entire album mixed up. i thought thats what this track was.
I'm not sure what you mean? UMG is basically holding the Hysteria master tapes ransom from the band. This is why the band Taylor Swift'd UMG and re-recorded it to cut them out of the process. There was a 2017 remaster of Hysteria assumedly from the UMG held multitracks, but sounds awful compared to the original master in my opinion. I made this mix with some a.i. stem trickery and some really good replayed cover parts. Might do another if a spatial audio mix is released in the future.
what i mean is that the songs on the album are all on similar octaves and the lead guitar has a typical sound that was recognizable as purely DEF LEPPARD. the songs can be mixed into each other because they sound so similar.@@theonlydjtopcat

Good ear! Yes replayed guitar. I could not isolate Steve's original properly. May try again in the future as a.i. technology gets better.
