Major credit to the way the way that the fire script was done and how Ocean gives a shout-out to the people that do things like script the fires and all that. Really makes it seem like a community where everybody matters. ^^

@@OneOceanTenOfficial That's actually really cool! Last question, what software do you use to single out your voice instead of muffling the whole audio track? Or how do you split it I guess 😅
You dont have to answer this if this question is personal to you. But what was your last fire call you ever went to in real life before hanging up the helmet to do what you do now? For me it was a structure fire with my dad and my brother. Ill never forget it because i was told by an Lt to go get my arm looked at after hitting a stud that i didn't know was there when i went to vent the ceiling after the fire was knocked. Both my dad and brother asked me where i was going and i told them. And that was the last fire call i ever got a chance to be in.
Mine was (I *think*) a simple MVA, one car in a ditch with mild entrapment. I was on traffic control that night, it was a county road, so me and another guy on the other end of the scene just moved traffic all night. Pretty routine and uninteresting, haha.
@@OneOceanTenOfficial i hope the people involved made it out ok. It is always crazy on the vehicle crashes. Some times they make it some times they dont. Ive seen my fair shares of car crashes where a person was in critical but made it out alive at the end.
Ocean I have a question this may be random but if there is a fire in the hallway and there is no way you can get out in your room the windows all have something blocking them like a air conditioner or a screen that you cannot get through and you have a mini fridge right next to your bed full of water bottles can you just dampen your door with a fuck ton of water bottles and water to slow down the fire from catching the door on fire or no Because I know that if there is no fire in a room in the door it's fully closed do not open that door because if you do a explosion will happen
My answer is that you need to have a plan for ESCAPE, not a plan for sitting on your hands and hoping someone else is in time to gets you out. You'll probably suffocate from the smoke that fills the room long before the door catches. You NEED an immediate plan of escape. Period. No excuses or "what if's". You need to get out. AC unit in the window? Perfect! Have a screwdriver or whatever tool you need to remove the fasteners that hold it in place available to you in that room, have it right next to the unit. You don't want to be looking around for it, especially if there's no visibility from the smoke. Toss that AC unit to the ground outside and then follow it. That's one idea to get out. But like I said, have a plan of ESCAPE, not stay. Help might not be coming, so help yourself. Sames goes for anything in life.

Because they don't have to...? Where's that rule? lol. Besides, we switch stations every night. We're not going to make a skin for every station, that's creating unnecessarily larger file sizes for the server.

Great Vid Ocean! love the new fleet, keep up the amazing content :)
SA'F needs more people like Ocean ❤❤
Haven't even watched it and already know it's gonna be amazing.
It called relay pumping lol. Pull water from hydrant to a engine with a line from that engine running to the main attack engine
Yes, we're fully aware of the other name for it, but thank you.
Torres and Glen engine crew are on top, no bias or anything

Great vid excited for the tiller video
You definitely have some awesome videos ocean
It’s funny as soon as my dog heard the sirens he started howling. He does that any time he hears any siren
When are you going to make a video of you using the new tiller ?
When I use it :)

I can’t seem to be able to send an application to join the roleplay, it gives me an error on the website. Can anyone help me?
Make an account. That's probably it. But ask on the SA'F Fan Discord, because I'm not part of recruiting
@@OneOceanTenOfficial can’t seem to find the discord either 😅 the website doesn’t seem to have a link to it
I don’t see the tiller
That's because it's not in this video. The ladder is. We have lots of apparatus, you're not going to see every single one in every single video ;-)
what did u use to make mask sounds? that was perfect!
Resonate Filter whilst editing :)
You should be a captain
And why's that?
Because he has already been it❤❤
What do you do to achieve the muffled SCBA?
Resonate Filter whilst editing the footage :)
@@OneOceanTenOfficial Is there a way to achieve it whilst in-server?
@ontago23 one person I knew taped a solo cup above their mic and spoke into that haha

@ontago23 oh yeah! Shadowplay let's you record the mic into a different track, but OBS can also do that

How does the hose shoot that far?
It's just part of how the mod works
Do you know if yall (SAF) uses HoseLS, Smart Hose or something else? Any info would be appreciated.
I applied for SAFR on the website. How am I supposed to know if I am accepted or not?
By checking on the thread created by applying until someone accepts or denies it

Nice new skins, would Glen ever consider a change of SO vehicle or is he only allowed his one
I love these videos
Love it also there was one by the bank
Well Glen ever have children to carry his legacy if he ever dies
Nope, he's not interested in having kids, and at this point he believes he's too old to properly raise one before he starts needing elder care himself
cant wait a couple months till i can join when are sams apps open?

Ocean, when are the live streams starting?
I wish there was a airport fire station.
It wouldn't get used. The Civs don't do anything there or with planes

Resonate Filter in editing the footage :)
