@Lucy Hernaez Thank you so much. It’s not cardstock it’s heat transfer vinyl (htv). You can use card stuff too but make sure it’s glued and fully dried before you apply any topcoat.

@JovyCreates on the front with the design my husband did with clearcoat for the cars but on the back you can see it’s pretty much the same exact look and that one was done with triple thick and for the best results I would use about five coats and use wider brush because I had a small one.
