Some hyper belligerent groups aided by extraneous transnational proselytising muscles have been used to have their way for several decades. The same groups(under 20% cornered 90% of land. This is at the expense of indigenous unorganised tribes who are well over 50%. Let all tribes have equal rights over the resources and stamp out infiltration from other countries.
