Really happy to see that he started his response by empathizing with the candidate. We need more empathy in the hiring process. HR is known to be the #1 ghoster!!!!
5 months is pretty long for interview loop, unless its a big company or high position it indicates that company unsure what they are looking for. For me i dont even expect to get the job after each stage, unless they are willing to progress me i just move on after the interview and unless you start your first day i dont assume i secured the job
There was once when a prospective was offered a job and she started making request that she said was not an issue during the interview. And it wasn't just one request but multiple request with some basically not in line with company policies. Needless to say, we withdraw our offer. If those are important issue, please be frank about it during interview and not after. It is a waste of all our time when it had been highlighted and acknowledge and only became an issue after job offer.
both company bosses are good friends and when they found out you are trying to job HOP , this is a way to get rid of you without paying anything as it was you whom resign yourself 😂
Aging population. Cognitive decline. Agak agak also cannot turn proper. More senior drivers and soon more EV instant torque. More n more parking n road incidents. Soon all need to go for annually parking evaluation and mandatory defensive driving 😂. Just like older car annual car inspection for road worthiness.
Really? Did this even needed to be asked? I mean.....the company don't owe anyone a living, do they really need to give you an explanation? A lot of things could have happened in the company during the 5 months. Business outlook change, headcount change, budget change, management change, even company ownership change, and more. Is this the current state of affairs now for our workers that they need an answer to everything and anything? Is this a millenials or Gen Z thing? I don't think a lot of baby boomers would even think twice about this. Most would just move on and continue applying for other jobs.

HR has such specific requirements, the type of people hired for roles, have many other job options. Creating companies full of non-loyal employees.
3/4 of the job "vacancies" posted dunno whether legit or just to appease the local requirements...
Could be sudden headcount freeze, senior mgmt decide to take internal candidate, reorg such that this role no longer needed…

HR prefer CECA Pinoy
Maybe some Pinoys are More educated, good English accent, not going for service, hardworking, more happy and satisfied person than Gary
That's why my daughter works for the government. Iron rice 🍚
🎉🎉🎉
You must remember we live in a passive aggressive culture with identity crisis
there's someone else better
Because HR cat lady is lame and go for her Vacay.
