Great POD highlighting that EQ is a must focus for the next generation given the turbulent ecosystem. Self-control, tolerance, enhanced flexibility, equanimity, improved concentration and mental clarity, ability to relate to others with kindness, acceptance and compassion. Marathons,Taichi , yoga and so on ..Some Self realization techniques too. Thank you for highlighting this critical unknown and often ignored ailment in current social system.

I have never had an occasion to hear Ms Kiku Namita Paul . This is the first time I heard her speak on power of mindfulness . Her discourse is literally emancipating that a person can self evolve into a spiritual field by means of self realisation and meditations . I absolutely concur that the present generation is more in spirituality than in religiosity and as a matter of fact the spiritual lessons can and must indeed commence at early age in schools level itself than some one to wait till he is done with his life . Mindfulness is awareness in consciousness but to my mind one has to be positive and truthful in the given moment.

Thx Kiku for highlighting that training for mindfulness has to start at teens itself. Thx Rachita & Anand for such an informative discourse . Rachita the topics u choose are amazing - so common yet so essential for day to day life. We all tend to ignore these aspects though very important .

"It's all in the mind!"- And if I may add about the mind & how we tackle every moment in mindfulness..and who better than a poised lady who has finesse interspersed with the sparkle of our gorgeous 'Sutradhar' & suave Anand. Thank you for this enlightened awakening for us Rachita, Anand & Kiku.

Thank you for this wonderful opportunity provided by you guys to talk about Mindfulness 🙏🌞
We all know what it is but just the knowledge coming from the intellect can never match up to the experiential. Mindfulness can change our inner world and show us the pathways to then bring about changes in our external world. Ultimately we all must take a leap of faith into the magical unknown, and that's when we start to find ourselves 💛
