My phone was stuck the same way, someone in the comments suggest that
1-remove the charger
2-click reboot
3-plugin the charger
4- press and hold the Volume up button yntil it is on.
I was so upset, but it worked.

mine turns off when i try to download version and recovery
Check if it is because of old battery on phone (if you have removable battery, try to change it on new one battery) or old charger or cable, or if it is because of need to update the old system on new one system.
Some of new systems don't have to work properly on older phones (so anything previously saved on the phone try to get saved on flashdisk or computer before starting to use any modes which show you for Huawei eRecovery).
Also try reboot, it works similarly as restart, you won't get any data on your phone lost, after using the reboot.

Try if you can shutdown your phone (with button for switching off phone).
If it will work and it will get out from the previous mode, then try to reboot your phone, it works similarly as restart and no data will be lost on your phone.

You have to have on mind before you do any changes after your phone makes changes on own, that is mostly problem in working of system on your phone.
For example, some of new systems don't have to work properly on older phones after making updates (so anything previously saved on the phone try to get saved on flash disk or computer before starting to use any modes which show you for Huawei eRecovery).
One of ways how to resolve the issue with the phone, is to ask in shop for repairing phones / in service for phones, if they can explain you what to do when your phone is trying to install update on own and doing other changes on own.

It actually worked
My charger broke, so i bought new one, and when i tried to turn the phone this poped up, what do i do to turn this off? I dont want to clear my data or something.

If you have there option for shutdown, then shutdown the phone and a little later turn on the phone and give reboot mode, it works similarly as restart, you won't lost any data on your phone.

Before doing resetting of phone, you have to do backup through Google disc or similar one storage backup, through your phone and other phone or through your phone and computer / laptop / tablet PC with USB cable, to prevent it from deleting all data (photos, videos, apps, accounts login) saved on your phone.

• Restore original OEMInfo cause yours is corrupt or the vendor is wrong (Like you manually modified OEMInfo vendor to IT (Italy) but it should be EU
• Battery should be more than %50
